Nicks Boots Leather Boot Laces - USA Work Quality Heavy Duty Lace…

Dear Nick’s,Thank you for such a wonderful pair of leather laces. I bought the longest length to pair with my Thursday Loggers in Cacao. These laces provided the perfect contrast to the boots. I ordered the longest length laces and it was too long but I was able to cut them down to size. As you can see from the photos I wrapped the laces around the shaft of the boots and I still had to cut off a large chunk off the laces. They look perfect and is super sturdy. I have purchased cobblers choice leather laces before these but those were NOT long enough so I thought I should buy a pair from Nick’s because the boots I put them on were a pair of Loggers. They are not real Logger boots but it looks like they are. The boots have thick soles and leather in these boots were a perfect match. I will update whether these laces hold up but most Nick’s products hold up and are durable.So far, the laces have patina really well. You can tell that pair of the laces are breaking in and the oils from my hands when tying my boots is rubbing off. I love these laces bc not only are they thick but they help the laces stay together so you dont need to ever worry about your laces coming undone. Thanks in advance!

They work, they’re good leather i rubbed in some Obenauf’s when ai got them and they are just like rope laces now, they tie tight and are tough.

Very high quality leather laces, far better than anything I've seen in stores (including boot stores) and a very generous length, I was able to cut each lace in half and make two sets of laces so if your boots are low height I'd compare the length to the factory laces before you cut. They really make a nice boot even nicer. Unfortunately I don't have Nick's boots yet but they're great in my Carolina's. You may find that they're too thick for some speed laces, they barely fit into mine but I actually like it because they sort of lock into the eyelet when you pull them in, and will probably loosen up with wear and stretching.

These are plenty long, decent stretch/custom fit over time.

Nice thick laces work perfectly

Beautiful, thick, quality cowhide laces but they are so robust, they may not fit your boots, mine are a pair of Carolina #922 and these laces are too thick for the speed lacing system, maybe I'll be able to wedge them in without damaging them but it's not looking good.

I bought four laces and immediately treated them with Blackrock Leather & Rich when they arrived. The consistency of grain and feel are excellent and as expected. I cut one lace in half to install in my old work boots. These boots have a tendency to eat laces, but these leather laces last the longest (about two years) in my experience.As my boots are now 22 years old and showing some of that age, perhaps this lace will outlast the boots! Time will tell…
