NOT organic
This brand has “organic” in the name, so the instant thought is that it is safe. However, it contains ingredients such as sodium coco SULFATE, which contains sodium lauryl sulfate. I’m most certainly returning this falsely advertised product.

Pricey but a good shampoo without toxic ingredients, suitable for oily hair
It was kind of out of my budget to buy this shampoo, however, I am pleased with the results. It helps my hair to not be as oily and thus have a little bit more volume - though it is not a volumizing shampoo so don't expect results to be that drastic. I feel good knowing there are good ingredients and that it is a safe shampoo to use. It smells good.

Left my hair sticky/dirty feeling. Overpriced for not very "natural" ingredients
The only positive thing I can say about this very small bottle of shampoo is that the company did live up to their claim of not using synthetic fragrances. This has a very pleasant cedar/forest-y/woodsy scent that comes from 100% essential oils and isn't overpowering or fake. I know this for a fact because I am sensitive to synthetic fragrances and can immediately tell the difference between actual essential oils and lab-generated perfumes because I work with essential oils. Now all the negatives.....Unfortunately, for a so-called "natural" shampoo masquerading as high end/luxury organic hair care, the ingredients don't merit the high price tag. The ingredients are definitely way better than most shampoos and even better than a lot of "natural" ones (natural means absolutely nothing in labeling lingo btw because legally, companies can still add tons of junk to a product labeled "natural") but for $26, this company is conning you. And for 8 ounces, they're REALLY conning you.If this shampoo worked really well, perhaps I'd add a star for effort but sadly, it's just a really bad shampoo. It left my hair with a residue every time I used it and that's after repeated and very thorough rinsing with hot water. I have long, thin hair that tangles easily. This shampoo was a death sentence for my hair. I ended up looking like a homeless scoundrel as soon as my hair dried, with sticky mats of hair that would not untangle. I used this shampoo with and without conditioner on separate occasions so I could know for sure it was the shampoo that was the issue and every time, I had the same result: hair that felt like it had a layer of nasty residue on it. And to repeat, this was after VERY zealous rinsing out of the shampoo. There are good brands out there that have simple, clean ingredients, leave your hair clean but shiny, and don't obliterate your wallet. This isn't one of those brands.

Fairly strong shampoo
I did not realize this product is made in Taiwan when I ordered it. I try to stay clear of body care products from China because I have not had the best of luck with the ingredients. This product has some nice, organic ingredients, but the shampoo is too strong from my blond, dry, curly hair. I wanted to love it, but the scent is off as well. Most of the Chinese body care products I’ve tried from China don’t smell quite right, this one included. It smells like oil painting glass to me - like turpentine. It does have a slight cedarwood smell, but it could be it is slightly aged or perhaps rancid, I don’t know.I wanted to truly love this product because the ingredients are organic. Now I notice it is only 10.8% organic and the rest is from “natural origin” which can mean it could have pesticides. Natural origin doesn’t really mean much.I am disappointed that I am not able to give this a higher rating, but it all good consciousness I can not. It is not all organic. The scent is odd. It is not made in the USA. The price is pretty high. 2-star is a pretty generous rating. It is a shame because I had high hopes.

Great Cedarwood Fragrance, Nice Sudsy Lather
This order is for a 250 ml (8.3 fl oz) bottle of Inna Organic Cedarwood Shampoo for Dry and Damaged Hair. It comes with a pump dispenser, which I always appreciate. The smell of the cedarwood is absolutely wonderful. This shampoo is both USA EWG Verified and COSMOS certified as organic. As to the reviewer who rated this shampoo a 1 star because of the ingredient sodium coco sulfate, which she thought contained sodium laurel sulfate, they are most definitely NOT the same. Sodium coco sulfate is a mix of all the fatty acids from coconut oil and contains lauric acid, which is one of the fatty acids found naturally in coconut oil. This shampoo does not contain sodium laurel sulfate. This shampoo creates a full, sudsy lather and cleans my thin, fine hair quite nicely. It washes out well and does not leave any residual. It leaves my hair feeling wonderfully soft. I feel the price for this shampoo is comparable to its competitors, and I am very satisfied with it.

Not bad at all, but...
My hair isn't particularly dry and I wouldn't say it is damaged either. So why would I get this shampoo then? Because it's cedarwood and I love the smell of cedarwood. The shampoo worked fine for me - it both lathered and rinsed well for me. My hair looked good and wasn't limp afterwards or anything. In terms of scent, the cedarwood is faint in my opinion. If your a worried about it being too strong, don't. It smelled fine - I wasn't blown away by it, but by my own admission, I tend to like stronger scented products. So, it worked good and smelled fine. The only real issue I have with the shampoo is the value proposition, or lack there of. This is expensive stuff here and you're not getting a lot either at 8.3 oz. But, I suspect the person buying this the price isn't going to deter them and it shouldn't if you're OK with it. Overall, I am happy with it - there aren't many organic shampoos out there.

Shampoo is okay
I can smell the cedarwood when I opened the cap to take a whiff.Used normal amount to wash my hair. I could smell the cedarwood but it wasn't too overpowering.Seemed to clean my hair nice. Because I use conditioners, it's hard to tell how clean my hair is after using this. I didn't notice the cedarwood scent on my hair after it was dry. And didn't smell it at all the following day.Bottle is on the smaller size so it won't last too long. It's okay. Pricey but okay.
