Preventative Measure
I am taking these tablets as a preventative measure against disease. Since one person cannot prove the effectiveness of a product, I will only say that I have not experienced any bad effects from taking this. Hopefully, it is protecting me from some nasty and potentially deadly medical problems.

Be prepared
Be prepared to use the bathroom a lot within the first few days. By the 2nd week, it wasn't too bad. I feel like it has pushed out the ickyness and make it easier for my body to absorb nutrients better. Also allowed better energy. Easy to take capsules. Two month supply as you only need one capsule a day.

Great antioxidant/ metabolic boost
I've always enjoyed green tea for its flavor as well as its benefits, but this extract is a much more efficient and easy way to reap the benefits it has to offer! There's lots of research proving that green tea acts as a potent antioxidant, and promotes faster metabolism along with cardiovascular health. This makes green tea extract a great supplement for anyone looking to lose weight or stay fit and protect their body from oxidative damage! This supplement also acts as a subtle nootroopic, although it won't feel the same as drinking a cup of green tea because it doesn't contain as much caffeine. If you're looking for a stimulating nootroopic, this is not it - you'd be better off sticking with a cup of tea instead. However if you've ever experienced nausea or stomach discomfort from green tea, these tablets are enteric coated and won't have the same negative impact. I've been buying my supplements from Nootroopics Depot for many years and they're one of my most trusted brands thanks to their thorough testing and quality control. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve their health or cognitive abilities.

High bioavailability EGCG supplement
This is one of the better green tea extract supplements I've tried before. It's enteric coated, so it's less likely to cause nausea or stomach upset, and it includes 6mg piperine which increases the bioavailability of the EGCG. Most people know that piperine increases the bioavailability of curcumin up to 20x, but it also increases EGCG bioavailability by around 50% or more - so combining the two supplements in tablet form is a smart choice. Do be aware that piperine can also enhance the absorption of some prescription medications, so it's not suitable for everyone. But I have had no issues from piperine and take it regularly with curcumin supplements and with my meals (good old fresh ground black pepper).Quality:NootropicsDepot is one of my favorite supplement companies. They perform extensive in-house purity testing, so you can really be sure you're getting the exact product and specifications that they put on the label. These 45% EGCG tablets are small, easy to take, and have been working great for me. Definitely one of the better green tea extract supplements I've tried before.Note:According to ND, these enteric coated tablets take at least 4-5 hours to start absorbing, and possibly more. That means it will take a minimum 5 hours from taking this EGCG supplement for it to start taking effect. That's a long time, and much longer than the ~1 hour of EGCG capsules. But enteric tablets seem to offer better bioavailability, so there is a tradeoff: Speed of absorption vs % bioavailability.

No ill side effects
I have read about the possible positive effects of green tea and have taken it as a supplement for quite some time with no ill side effects. This holds true with this brand. While I appreciate the fact that it is enteric coated, I will not experience the protective effect of such as I had to break the tablet into quarters in order to satisfactorily swallow it. I don't understand why they make them in such an awkward 'saucer' shape. That combined with its size makes it tough to get down swallowing, and I don't usually have trouble swallowing pills.

Great form of green tea supplements
I really like this green tea supplement by Nootropics Depot. I watched a video with Dr. Daniel Amen, years ago, that talked about the benefits of many supplements in brain health, and have been taking green tea supplements ever since that time. I just remember that he specifically spoke about this as one of the supplements that could help people with traumatic brain injuries. Since I've been dealing with long haul covid issues the past couple of years, I've had really terrible brain fog. Going to a hospital that has a center for long covid patients, I learned that the brain fog that long covid patients suffer with is very similar to what people with traumatic brain injuries suffer from. So I continue to take green tea supplements religiously (among many others), trusting that they are supporting my healing process. This specific supplement comes in a smooth, round, enteric coated tablet. It's maybe the diameter of a dime? It's kind of the rounded off shape of a flat circle, rather than a long capsule or tablet. It's not huge, but it's also not a tiny pill. I personally take supplements in multiples so don't have issues with large pills, but I know that a lot of people do. But being that it is coated, I would imagine that most people wouldn't have any troubles with this.I like this supplement, I like what I am learning about the brand. Great experience so far.
