Parrish's Magic Line Square Cake Pan, 12 x 3 Inches Deep

En mi experiencia, estos son los mejores moldes en los que se puede invertir. Compré mis 2 primeros moldes hace más de 20 años y los sigo usando! Con los años he ampliado mi repertorio y ahora tengo de todos los tamaños. Algunos, de los que uso más, tengo unos 6 de cada uno. He comprado otros, como Fat Daddio's y otras marcas, porque necesito más altos, pero los de Parrish o Magic Line son eternos, literalmente! Están hechos para usarse EN SERIO, y siempre con exelentes resultados! Todas las esquinas son perfectamente rectas, tienen el peso y grosor ideal. Toda la orilla tiene buen agarre. Si están empezando en la pastelería, empiecen a invertir en algo que les va a servir toda la vida.

I spent a good year searching online for a perfect 12X12 with no concave and these are PERFECT!!! I line them with parchment after a light coating of crisco grease to keep the parchment from shifting. These are a must for anyone who is looking for that perfectly square pan. My recipes come out evenly baked. The 1/2 inch edge on them is super nice to have when removing them from the oven, you have something to grab onto. Shipping was quick and packaged very well. I bought 3.....I think I could use a couple more. :-)

I bought this to make those cute brownie Christmas trees I've been seeing on pinterest. This pan is deep, easy to clean and a nice large size. This would be great for baking large cakes, bulk rice krispies, or even alot of brownies. Tip: this pan holds perfectly 3 boxes of brownie mix.

The pan worked for what I needed it for. A little hard to clean the corners but that is to be expected with a square pan.

Love this pan. I usually use fat daddios cake pans but I can honestly say this one takes the cake on them. My edges were so sharp and clean it was unreal. It cooked it evenly so the corners weren’t super hard either. When I iced my cake it made it all the more easier to get sharp edges

I have tried the “Magic Line” pans before and love them... can’t wait to try it in the square type for my cake baking

Very nice pan! My only problem is, I don't have any idea what to bake in it, as it is huge...lol Probably it will hold 2 batters of cake, maybe I can freeze the cake that isn't eaten :) Just my husband and myself...wow! Least I have a great pan if and when I need to bake for a lot of people.

These are the best square cake pans on the market. I have a set of square Wilton pans but they are slighty tapered on the edge. When you go to stack them, you have a rippled effect on the edge. With this pan, my cakes have perfect edges! I use a nonstick cooking spray with flour. These are absolutely amazing! Well worth the money!
