Parrish's Magic Line Square Cake Pan, 10 x 3 Inches Deep

I usually line my pan with parchment, so they always come clean. I ordered this pan so I could have a deep layers of pasta, cheese, meat. I'm very please!

Am not using this pan as a baking unit; rather I am using it as the collector of sawdust on an easel used for carving with a rotary tool. Cut a hole in one side and fastened the pan to bottom of the easel. Works great.

Really durable and great when wanting to achieve a sharp cornered square tiered cake. The cake comes out fine when I use bakers spray but for some reason it’s extremely “crumby” when attempting a crumb coat, way more crumb than my Wilton pans, but my Wilton pans have a slight slant to them so I bought this one. I have not tried Wilton crumb coat spray to see if that helps though.

Literally the BEST pans EVER! Always even heating, minimal browning, and super easy to clean!

Magic Line is the only pan I use. They have straight sides and perfect corners. Easy to clean if you let them sit in the sink before you hand wash.
