I am a huge coffee lover mostly for the taste but don’t feel it wakes me up and it’s not a natural caffeine so I thought I’d give this tea a try and see. Since having a child I’m always so tired I feel!!

I significantly cut down on coffee since I needed a more sustained form of energy without the crash and was pleasantly surprised to see thay the ashwagandha in it has also has helped me improve my mood and keep.me calm throughout the day. I use one sachet for a strong tea, because thats my preference.

This is a smooth citrusy tea with decent flavor
