Tony Lama Men's Black Stallion Cowboy Boots

Comfortable dress boot. Leather finish is flat and not as shiny as expected but looks good.

I was quite happy to finally find a boot with a 4E width. I wish the boot had come in 5E as it is a bit snug and my outer most toe makes an outward impression. I ordered this 1/2 size larger than I usually wear in hopes that the larger size would also be a bit wider. This causes the arch support to not quite fit my arch however it is not so bad that I cannot wear the boots.The boots are quite attractive and being made in the U.S.A. was a factor in selecting these boots over other brands made in China. I have always heard good things about Tony Lama boots and that was a factor in my selection of these also. Overall I quite like these boots.

This boot is very narrow. I've tried several time times to contact the shop to see if I could exchange them for a wider pair, have them stretched (which I tried but it did not work). The shop gave me many excuses & had no advice for me. These were over $200.00 & I would liked to have them fit my husband so he can wear them.

I made the mistake of trying a different brand of boots after wearing Tony Lamas for 20+ years....not sure what I was thinking but the lady at the boot store assured me that I'd never wear the other brand out....lesson learned, the other brand went in the garbage last night.I couldn't find plain black Tony Lama's at my local retailer(they don't carry black Tonys!?!?) so I tried on a tan pair to get the size right and started looking on line.I found these and snapped them up since Amazon had a 20% off sale going on a couple weeks ago. They showed up on my doorstep in just a couple days and looked great and fit perfectly. I work in an office so I wear them all day everyday so I needed plain black and they needed to be very comfortable which they are, I couldn't be happier.Great job Tony Lama!

We have been searching for this boot in black for quite some time. It is a perfect fit, exactly what my husband prefers and the deal of the century.

First pair I recieved had a snag in the leather. They sent a new pair next day delivery that were in perfect condition. Fit good, feel nice and look really good. Want the same boot in brown now.

Not knocking the quality of these boots, the leather was nice and soft and they seemed to be well constructed. I'd say a touch better construction than most of the boots I won that were made in Mexico. The shaft just wouldn't break right for me and kind of dug into my ankles. Just too annoying so I returned them. The quality of the build and leather seem to be top notch though, and the fit (other than the shaft) was spot on.

Apparently "hand crafted" doesn't mean what it did a few decades ago. Still I can't really complain. Although Tony Lama is now a division of Justin Brands Inc. a Berkshire Hathaway Company, they are still made in the USA and they are still available in 4E width.They look and feel pretty good. May not last as they used to but I was lucky enough to find my size at Warehouse Deals for less than half the original price (which is well below MSRP).So, like I said, I can't complain.
