I had developed callouses on my heels. I tried creams, foot soaks, pumice stones, foot rasps and pedicures. But there was always just that little bit of roughness around the edge that was so annoying! Like a roughness that is uncomfortable when you accidentally brush your heel across your leg or other foot. As soon as this product arrived I did a few quick back and forth motions followed up with a moisturizer and SMOOTH AGAIN!

I was hesitant because of some negative reviews but every product has some. Just go easy the first time to test how effective it is without over doing it. I have a severe case of hardened skin and find these perfect. I don't expect it to all be removed after one use.

These work so well that I almost hurt myself a little where I put slightly more pressure. Just be gentle and still get the job done better than any expensive manual/machine tools. These are the best so far that I have seen.

They get the job done. Very abrasive and that is what my household needed. I like to use them while my feet are dry. Then I soak them and when done, oh, my goodness, smooth. Just dry, put some foot lotion on like (Gold Bold) what an relaxing spa treatment at home. Your feet will thank you!

These are very sturdy files. It works great and probably going to last for quite a while. When the time comes, I will buy them again.

These all broke within a couple times of usage. The handle snaps right off making them difficult to use. Definitely buying something more sturdy next time because these are junk
