Kurt S. Adler 16.5-Inch Hollywood Night Before Christmas Sugar Plum Dreams, 3rd in Series Nutcracker, Multi

When I received the item yesterday , half of the mustache was broken, the knob on the bed post was broken, the mouse with the book that hanging and the bow that was suppose to be a part of the decoration for the sleeping mouse in the bed was on the button of the box. I fixed all of the broken items and bows. This is the first time that I have received and item from Amazon that has not been up to their high standards. I don't plan on returning the item, but I thought that it would be a good faith effort to receive a credit towards my next item when I order.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I love how well-made this nutcracker is. It’s beautiful, cute, and a wonderful addition to my collection. I love the “Night Before Christmas “ poem etched into book the nutcracker is carrying. It arrived well-packaged to prevent damage, which is much appreciated. Wonderful nutcracker! Thank you.

Purchase this product for $172.00. Lighter saw it on Amazon for $95.00. When the nutcracker arrived there was a price on the bottom it said $130.00. This company is way over price for what they sell.

This was a gift for my wife for Christmas and she really loved it, a great addition to her nutcracker collection

This nutcracker has a known defect. Each nutcracker in this collection has a phrase from the poem on the book that hangs from his hand. The phrase on this one is wrong and is from #2 in this collection. I believe the entire line is defective has I have ordered several and contacted many sellers, all who have confirmed this issue. I have tried to contact Kurt Adler several times and have received zero response. I will keeping my latest one in hopes I can get just a new book but I’m happy about any of this.
