Pasta

I got this for my. daughter who got into making her own pasta and was literally hand cutting the noodles at first. After two times doing that laboriously, I surprised her with this machine and she really likes it. Only thing is that the hand crank keeps coming off for some reason. I heard it fall three times to the ground while she was using it. Other than that, it worked fine.

I love spaghetti so much that I wanted to try it out on my own, so I bought this machine so I could make my own spaghetti.It took a few days to get the package.The first thing I noticed was how heavy and solid it was the moment I received it.This metal is by no means cheap to make, and the explanation is clear.But searching for information on YouTube about how to make pasta is very meaningful to me, and I also like learning, which can give me fun.My lover knows only that some flour and eggs are mixed until the ingredients stick together.Let the mixture go through the machine, turn the crank, and it cuts the dough into pasta!I couldn't do it well at first, but after 45 minutes of trying, we finally figured it out.Cover the pasta with some olive oil and put it in boiling water.The product has a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, making pasta becomes easy and fun.I love this product!

I have always wanted to make homemade macaroni and I have and made it by hand. Cut it into strips myself and they cam out very well. Then I decided to get a pasta maker just to make it easier. So I bought this one and it worked perfectly. So easy to clean and the clamp fits nice and snug on my kitchen table. If you are looking to purchase a pasta maker, look no further.

Fun to do… sure beats rolling and cutting dough by hand! Great little machine. Very sturdy! Directions are a bit sketchy, but i just googled stuff on-line and figured most out that way!

It works well, we've only used the roller function to make sheets of pasta but it was a good experience! The only problem I had was finding a spot on my counter that was compatible with the clamp that secures this down, which is no fault of the machine. This is a good product!

Works great- sturdy. Keep in mind the instructions say that “1” is the widest setting but at least for my product it is the opposite. 7 is widest and lower numbers = thinner sheets. But that’s easy to figure out ... love using this and wow homemade pasta is so special and delicious! Can’t wait to use more often

I bought this machine for polymer clay and it will work marginally for that purpose. However, what bothered me was that the unit arrived obviously used, with flour residue inside and covered with greasy fingerprints, rattling around unprotected in its box. The top plate is impact damaged and the roller scraper was warped. I received a very cheaply-made machine in used/damaged condition. Thankfully it was pretty cheap. After taking it apart and cleaning it (carefully, as none of the sheet metal parts were deburred), straightening the warped scraper, it will suffice for at least a while. I just would never recommend it to anyone.
