Lay Z Spa Water Pump Replacement Impeller fix Noisy Pump and Clear E02 Error

The media could not be loaded. Perfect! Followed a video posted by Dave Lewis on how to check the impeller and saw that mine was completely split and rusted through. Ordered this part, installed it within around 15 minutes and tested the pump using my descaler unit and my hot tub is finally working again after its long-term storage! Fingers crossed it holds up for many more months and years to come.

Easy to fit if you know what you doing. Nice quiet hot tub again and no error messages.

Had a power cut and afterwards my lazy spa showed an error 02. When switching the pump on you could not hear it run.I found a video on YouTube showing how to change the impeller. Had it changed in 10mins. All working again now.One tip if reconnecting the pipes if the tub is full of water is to connect the bottom pipe, then remove the cap inside the tub. Let the pump fill with water to remove any airlocks, then connect the top pipe.I didn't do this the first time and the pump struggled to push the air out and kept giving error 02's

Saved a £600 replacement heat pump / air unit purchase! Clears the E02 error nicely and very simple to fit. Lots of videos online showing you how. Don’t rely on layzpsa customer service as they take ages to contact you back any then just recommend replacement if it’s out of warranty…Also arrived 2 days ahead of schedule so that was brilliant service from the supplier too!

Fitted today , what a difference. The impeler that is fitted from lazy spar has a plastic shaft causeing it to vibrate and finally snap. You can see this on you tube. This one is a exact match with a metal shirt. My hot tube now quietly hums instead of a loud rattle.
