Walker’S Lightweight Rechargeable Shooting Hunting Razor XV 3.0

Work great for hunting and the range. only reason for 4 stars is that the retract button is too easily pressed causing the plug to tighten and pull out of ear occasionally. Worth the hassle considering I won't accidentally loose one when walking through thick brush though.

I got these mostly for hearing protection while using equipment - tractor, weedeater, chainsaw, etc. - and wanted the highest NRR available in an earbud style. I wanted the earbuds rather than the headphones so that I can wear a hat, goggles, and other protective equipment. These Walker's are great - much better than the foam earplugs I have that are "rated" at 33 db NRR. And I love the fact that I can still hear what is going on without having to take the plugs out. I had the opportunity to shoot with someone who has a .303 British rifle. I was worried that these Walker's would not be enough, but they were great, even for that very loud rifle. I like having the Bluetooth capability - it works great, though I don't really use it that much.I also like these because they have the around the neck base, which gives them better battery life (I have yet to run them down, even with several hours of use) and keeps me from losing one if I am swiped by tree limbs. The neck piece is quite comfortable and really does not get in the way.My only concern is that they are not rated any level of water resistant. So far this is not an issue, but I worry that excess dust, heavy sweating, or getting caught in some rain may be a problem.

I absolutely LOVE these ear buds. They stay in my ears. They offer -31 db NRR noise reduction. I don’t worry about them falling out of my ears and loosing them. The ones that I purchased are also Bluetooth enabled so they pair up with my phone and iPad. I not only use these for shooting but I’ll use them the next time I’m flying to listen to music or watch a movie on the flight. Can’t say enough great things about these ear buds.

The size and shape of the ear plugs is great to be out of the way of my visor and glasses. However, the ear plugs kept turning off after about an hour on the range, even when I turned off the auto turn off feature. I had to take them off to hear people talking when the range was cold and I thought the ear plugs felt cheap, like they would break off in my ear.

Does what I want on shooting range. Only question is how long it will last. So far, so good. Used it twice

We had to return this product as we bought it for complete noise blocking. It doesn’t do that. It is designed and perfect for shooting while allowing background noise.

First I want to say upfront that I tried 2 pairs of these before I left this one star review. I really liked these things initially. However, I live in FL, it's hot and humid, you ARE going to sweat. These things can't handle ANY sweat at all. The first set that went out I just figured "they were just defective". Second set? Nope, these things are not designed well. They obviously didn't waterproof them at all. Now I'm not talking about pouring sweat, just your normal summertime 90 degree weather sweat.Find something else. The Walker headphones that are bluetooth have held up great, they just get hot really fast which it why I bought these in the first place. I own about 8 Walker headsets in total.Walker, if you are reading this, PLEASE weatherproof these things.....I'd really like to own a pair.

All is good except. The replaceable earplugs are only available in multi(3) size packs . No use to an owner. Great for new purchases. At the price you don’t want to throw 2/3 of your purchase away.After market packages 3 of one size are needed! Think about it!
