Great option for miso lovers.
This is a great miso option, good around flavour & makes a great miso soup.I usually like to just add a spoonful to some warm water just as a alternative to snacking, but I've found myself using this more & more in my cooking to add a good savoury umami undertone. Just a teaspoon added to most things really helps alot, stews, soups, marinades or salad dressings can't really go wrong with any of them.
