Poor quality control
Received the product. Thought that buying powder coated would be the nest option bit as you can see problem after problem. This is clearly a manufacturing issue as you can see multiple bubbles bare steel and bent pieces. This was for a job that I'm on a time restriction and this is what I get. I'm hoping for fast results to get me another one but so far it's been 3 days since notifying Bilco of the problem with no response to getting another door out in time. I will be sending a bill if I do not get the results I deserve. How can you send this unit out and not see this mess. I'm very upset with the poor quality I got after upgrading to their best option. Clearly is not.
