Kiss of Marena Review
Kiss of Marena is, of all the Martinet Press releases I own, one of the more abstract, and yet simple, philosophically; in my own opinion. The story is itself rather straight forward, but it is the Essence of The Other permeating throughout that is the key. It deals with the ideas of strengthening of the Will, and losing one's self to the larger forces at work, through intense physical regiment and hands-on combat experience, and, it provides an esoteric, and practical/hands-on, perspective on the meaning of sacrifice; both Internal and External.Though the actual Temple of the Black Sun is only somewhat alluded to within the text, their tenets and practices shine through as the focal point for our protagonist, Raven.I have been reading Martinet Press releases for a bit less than a year, owning about 8-9 titles currently (and currently waiting on more in the mail...), and have been practicing my own, unaffiliated, form of Dark Spirituality for around 7 years.Of all the Occult Publishers on the internet, Martinet genuinely appreciates it's readers/supporters, they don't (won't?) overcharge their clientele, and it appears that they are actually interested in the awakening of those aware enough (without the pretension of high prices, nor the raving arrogance found in so many of the other occult publishers). All in all, definitely worth the read. Shines a black light upon a lesser known side of Dark European Spirituality.-JWK

Sinister fiction with an agenda
Enjoyed the read and no doubt would have had an impact on me if I was in my youth, as has an certain appeal. I consider this a work of sinister fiction which has the aim of inspiring individuals to engage in the undertakings described in the book.

Good Sinister Fiction piece
Altough, OBS Nexion has a more pagan martial leaning philosophy, if your knowledge of ONA mythos and content is up to date you will find several references of the Sinister Numinous Tradition. This book can be read without this basis, but i guess some references will not make much sense for those that are not aware of Sinister Traditions. Great booklet! Pitty its very short ( in my opinion) if you compare it to other Sinister Fiction releases. Once again a great piece released by Martinet Press.

Good novel from TBS
Interesting approach of the LHP focussing on martial and physical practices. It would had deserved more pages to dig a little deeper in each character.
