Chicken Soup for the Soul: Christian Teen Talk: Christian Teens Share Their Stories of Support, Inspiration and Growing Up

My thirteen-year-old daughter was having some bad attitude problems. She was very ungrateful, and most the things that came out of her mouth were angry. So when I finally had enough I decided to come up with a different kind of punishment. I would teach her different habits and force her if needed to remember all the reason she has to be grateful. When I came across this book I was thrilled. A Christian book on her level with inspiring stories. It was exactly what I needed. She read some of these stories alone, but every night we read a few together. Most of the stories are very short, I think some of the longest were about 7 pages, but usually they were two or three. We laughed, we cried, we bonded, we learned lots of things and saw things for many different points of view. Very great uplifting book about how God can turn anything around. And how you can always turn to him no matter how dark things look. I recommend this book to everyone!!!!

I remember reading these books when Inwas younger so I bought this one for my daughter. She has thoroughly enjoyed this book and even though its not a study persay, it has encouraged her to live a more open christian life at school. All her peers are now aware of her faith and she often recomends this book to others.

My granddaughter’s eyes lit up when she opened this gift. I have several chicken soup books around my house and she is always reading them. Now she is excited to have her own!

The teen titles from Chicken Soup always hit the mark. These books represent so many titles and the interviews with real people really pack a message.

There are many stories within this book that has encouraged my teens.

I haven't read all of it but I think this is great for teens. I remember growing up reading these series as a teenager.

There's always words of hope & inspiration in the Soup Books. These are specifically aimed at teens in hopes of helping them through their transition age, knowing that they're not alone.
