Brought up on centre pin reels , I have a Marco Cortessi reel and a 1960 Trudex . A crisp strong gear system and on free spin it rolls fantastically very smooth . I love the colour too . The weight helps balance the rod of choice too so striking is effortless

Worst centre pin I've bought...
Impossible to cast , needs a bar to avoid line ending up in the gears, the clicker is very flimsy

Really happy with this reel. Smooth as silk with the clutch disengaged. Spot on for the money. Not as good as the likes of Okuma but I'd highly recommend for someone who only uses these types of reels from time to time.

Disapointed
Sorry to say the centre pin does not spin as free as expected and seems to catch the ratchet regularly, for the price which although isn't really expensive it’s still disappointing, I suppose you get what you pay for,

Not worth the money.
Returned product within 20 mins of opening the box. Doesn’t feel good quality and definitely won’t last. Had a rattle in the packaging from a small part that had fallen off during transit. Going back and spending a bit more on an alternative.
