Aeternum Nonstick Ceramic Coated Electric Griddle with 10.5" L X 20" W Cooking Surface

First of all the ceramic coating is done so poorly there are places it is not fully coated. I could not get in touch with the company at all! They are ridiculous. After using it only 1 time it was stained with no hope of it ever really looking clean again!!! This griddle is more expensive than most and i thought i was getting a quality product! I was not able to return it and i am mad for spending so much for such a bad product!!! This company does not want to offer customer service at all!

I had high hopes. Uneven heating makes browning a challenge. The cord is pitiful....very very short. This means that you must be right next to the outlet to plug it in. The concept is good, non stick without Teflon but I would not buy it again.

Received on as a gift for Christmas and I loved mine. Maybe because it's fabulously nonstick, cooks pretty evenly, and most importantly, my bacon slices lie flat to cook. (I hate putting slices of bacon in a skillet only to have the ends fold up because the skillet is just a little too small - doesn't everybody?)Alas, my new griddle fell and one of the handles shattered - not very sturdy. And to add insult to injury, had a horrible time getting a response from the distributor when I asked to order replacement handles. THEY AREN'T AVAILABLE. So don't waste your time. Was told they aren't manufactured separately (?) really? They attach with a couple of screws. Seems they'd be available. Replacement handles for their coffee pots are.So I am sad. And my bacon, once again, curls up the sides of my skillet. I'd hate to throw this very nice appliance away, but I think I'm stuck.

This product does not work like it says it is supposed to. No matter what temperature you set it at it gets to hot and burns anything you make on it.

Heats unevenly. Thermostat flaky - one minute it's not cooking then you barely turn up the temperature and it's smoking. Grease does not drain off the cooking surface unless you turn the griddle up on one end then it doesn't drain into the grease cup causing a lot of splattering. Thought I would like the ceramic surface but it is difficult to clean and with the white surface looks horrible when cooking bacon or sausage. Mine is going in the trash.

The surface is nice for clean-up, but that is where this positive review ends.The griddle has uneven heating across all temperate ranges above 275 deg. It is impossible to cook perfect pancakes with uniform color and consistency unless you only cook one at a time.

This worked for the first few times I used it. Then the thermostat failed. Also the non-stick surface. Piece of JUNK!!!
