Sprayology Daily Multi Vitamin Homeopathic Oral Spray, 2 Ounce

My family and I have been using sprayology for years. This is a super easy product to take and it is highly effective. I still remember the 1st time I took it I could feel the vitimins rush thru my body (in a good way) and I felt great. I was a little hesitant on a product that I hold under my tongue since I grew up on chewable vitamins from my mother. However, if you are hesitant too, do the research on the body's ability to adsorb quicker from under your tongue verse the stomach. I am sure you will love this product too!

I like this product a lot! I have a hard time swallowing those giant multivitamin pills so I tried this instead and its so much easier for me. I stopped using it for a bit, for no particular reason, but I could tell I had less energy and just felt overall groggy. I hated the taste at first because it's very bitter almost sour but it's not so bad anymore. So far the brand Sprayology has not disappointed me.

It's product is not great and it's not bad. I take a lot of vitamins, so maybe I have higher expectations, but I felt no real significant difference.

What a great way to get your vitamin RDA. No more chalky pills to swallow and it has a great citrus-y taste! Sprayology rocks!

So the only complaint I have is that we have to keep it under our tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing. I understand it's so that it can be absorbed sublingually but sometimes it's a pain. But either way it's a lot better than swallowing a bunch of pills. However I do have concerns about the calorie intake on this because it does have Fructose listed in the ingredients. I'm wondering how much sugar is in the 12 pumps per day.

I was using "sprayvit" brand vitamins for two months and didn't notice any health or energy improvements. Sprayology offers more vitamins in their multi- formula and more potent too. Another great thing is you get 90 days in the bottle( it said this on the box not on the spray bottle and I wanted to confirm this as the product description here on Amazon shows it as less which is incorrect.... but the box is gone) which saves you lots of money compared to sprayvit. Also, the flavor is awesome with a perfect vitamin after taste letting you know you're not getting a watered down diluted product. Finally, I notice more energy than before and for that I'm very happy. I will definitely buy this again
