These headset Communications are great they work really well the only thing I can find wrong with them is the range ought to be a little bit farther but other than that everything works great

Great Product!

Purchased these to use on bicycles. Tight fit if you have a fat head. No adjustment capability on band behind neck. Most sigificant probelm, and why I sent them back was loud, constant cracking static when the units are beyoud 25 yards! Unusable beyond 50 yards. Antenna must be located in left earcup because if each unit points left ear cup towards each other the static stops. Point cups away from each other, the units become unusable at about 30 yards. Riding bicycles in trail.... expect 30-35 yard range. I sent first pair back and tried another pair. Exact same issue. Don't recommend. Very expensive, even if they had no static at 200 yards! Not a great value.

Very comfortable and easy to setup. Like many other reviewers have stated, the claim 900m coverage is drastically overstated. We tested our sets and found about 200 yards was about it, and in a clear line of site. You can still hear the other party, but there is a lot of static that builds as the distance grows or there are buildings in the way. We bought these for your bicycling when we couldn't hear each other talking. These headsets are perfect for riding within a hundred feet of each other. Most of the time we are just behind each other, so these work perfectly for that. There is a bit of wind noise that was picked up, so not sure how this would influence a 60mph motorcycle ride. A bit pricey, but we have really enjoyed not having to yell at each other while biking.

Jetski users: these headphones are perfect!I researched hard for a few days for 2 way radios to be able to communicate with other jetski riders who I go out with. These are a great concept, and despite the other constructive comments about them, I think they're pheniminal.As of this post, I've used them 4 times. They're splashproof, loud and clear. I'm a big sound geek, so I'm picky with headphones. These project mids very loud, and treble decently. Lows are lost, but I'm okay with that. You can clearly hear the music nice and loud over the sound of the wind and engine whole traveling at 60mph on the water.The 2 way "intercom" capability is great! The microphone pics up your voice loud and clear, just like I described the music. While traveling at about 30 with the wind and engine in the background, you can speak normally while talking on the 2 way. If you yell it's actually too loud lol and it can hurt. I'm very impressed with how well the microphones are.I observed another comment that stated that he couldn't get the headphones to pair via Bluetooth and do the intercom at the same time. I had no issue with what he/she stated!! When I first got the headphones, I paired the Bluetooth capability first and played around with it on my phone. The headphones have a separate volume, so I have the volume set all the way up on my phone, and then the headphones independently control the volume. A day later, I connected a headset.You push the center button to open the intercom capability. When that happens, the music stops and you can talk for as long as you want. After you're done, one of you needs to push the button to close the 2 way talk, and your music automatically resumes. I have noticed that if we talk for more than maybe a full 90 seconds or so, that I need to manually restart the music from my phone... Which may be a phone issue.Range: these work within 200-300 feet. A pretty good distance away. Only one time (out of many 2-way talks) the headphones had some sort of interference where you hear white noise. I moved very close and it sort of cleared up, but didn't. After we moved away from the area we were in, that didn't happen again. I would like to keep an open mind and say that I can't blame radio interference for the operations of the headsets.I gave comfort one less star only because my left ear has a pressure point that gets irritated after a couple hours of wearing these. Other than that these headphones are great.

If you purchase ‘like new’ ones in their original packaging that were returned, Sena considers them used and you have no warranty.We had issues with one of ours from the start but I thought we hadn’t fully charged it or were doing something wrong with the pairing because after 5 or 10 minutes it would die on us with no warning.I contacted Sena and they had us do a reset, charge overnight, etc. I thought that fixed the problem but the second time we used them after that it was the same issue. They were going to give me an RMA to exchange it and went back and forth asking for a picture of the serial number for the good one, then getting confused as to which one was bad, then saying they didn’t have the receipt when it was right in the email chain, then saying they weren’t purchased through Sena (as if they didn’t cover ones purchased elsewhere), saying they didn’t see the headsets on the receipt (they were on page 2), etc., all going days or weeks between replies. At that point I was long past my Amazon return window. Then they pointed out the Amazon receipt said ‘used’ and they wouldn’t warranty them. Terrible customer service.

I had high expectations for these but after a year of use I wish I had never bought them. Popping and static sounds randomly when other user is barely 25 feet away. They will disconnect if you don’t have a completely clear line of sight ( I was on a 3 story roof, roughly 20 feet from edge and other person was on the ground 10 feet from wall and we lost connection until I moved to edge of the roof)I wouldn’t recommend these to anyone unless they were maybe half the price

Work excellent for off-roading. Can literally talk on them non stop for 12hrs

Excellent produit. Je fais du vélo avec ma conjointe et c'est parfait. On peux se parler avec un son très clair. La distance maximum est d'environ 400 à 500 pieds mais en vélo, c'est parfait !

I've searched forever for something like these for when I go out cycling with my sister, I tried several different kinds, tried walkie talkies, mobile connections, nothing was what I wanted. I happened to find these and I bought 2 of these to see if they work, and they work great.The instructions are a bit confusing and could do with a better layout/design but have all the information there.Once I'd figured out what each of the buttons do I managed to set them up on a bluetooth mesh and they instantly connected with a nice voice telling me so.There is a slight delay in when you talk and the other person can hear you but that is to be expected with all voice activated mics and headsets and you only notice it when standing/cycling next to each other and can hear their real voice. The voice activation only responds to your voice and doesn't activate when a car goes past you or the wind blows hard, The mic is wind shielded so it works good.The range is very good and from what I have read about bluetooth mesh is that it can extend the range between people when you have more than two people connect, so the person at the front can hear the person right at the back.Comfort, when cycling they fit just below my helmet as they angle down at the back of your neck slightly, I barely notice them when I get going.I'm now thinking about buying a third device for when my other sister joins us...but as she's not so active in cycling now I'll wait.

We use our headsets for comms on a sailing boat where distance, wind noise, and visibility often make spoken or hand signal comms difficult. Easy to set up, wear and very clear audio make the headset ideal for use in this environment. Waterproof too which helps enormously!
