This ebook is very well put together. Easy to follow and understand. It starts off by giving you reasons to try the smoothie diet, highlighting the benefits of drinking smoothies. It gives readers great tips on how to make smoothies, recommendations, and options. I'm a smoothie drinker and I'm amazed at all the various and very interesting types of smoothies you can make. The step-by-step guide is easy to follow and understand. It starts you off with a 3-day detox with suggested meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks. If you've never done a 3-day detox, you'll need to understand the process that your body goes through and the changes that are going on so that you're body can eliminate toxins. In most cases, there are side-effects. I love how this book addresses those side-effects and gives readers recommendations on how to remedy those side-effects, such as headaches, managing hunger, etc. Once you've pass the detox stage, it goes into the 21-day smoothie plan. The book provides a weekly grocery list, and day-to-day guide on how to prepare the smoothies, along with snacks and meals throughout the day. After the end of each week, there is a weekly wrap-up, with encouraging and motivational quotes as well as a notes page for the reader to jot down any thoughts or ideas. The great thing about the weekly plans in this book is that at the beginning of each week, it gives you a snapshot of what to expect so that you are ready and prepared. Amazingly, this book is not just about smoothie recipes. It also provides great recipes for various, nutritious salads. Exercise is also always encouraged as well and stresses the importance of physical activity. I received this book to review. As a product reviewer and tester, my reviews are solely based on my own experience and opinion of the product. I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to start a diet but is unsure of the type of diet. It has many, wonderful healthy recipes and provides and extensive list of foods to help readers prepare. It's much cheaper than going to a smoothie shop. It's a great book for those looking to get healthy and fit while on a budget.

Easy To Follow Smoothie Plan For a Healthier Lifestyle
I have always to try smoothies at home but I have no idea where to start. I was delicious but healthy smoothiers and The 21 Day Healthy Smoothie Plan does just that. I like how it has an easy to follow daily guide that will help make a delicious smoothie, help me get more fruits and veggies into my diet and help improve my health. I found the trouble shooting guide very helpful especially since my 1st smoothie did not turn out like I had expected. I liked the snack section, very helpful information.I also loved the salad recipes and can't wait to try them out especially the Spinach Avocado Sprout and the Salad in a Jar, they seem easy to make and very tasty. This books is so much more than just smoothie making but a big help on leading a healthier lifestyle. The shopping list is beyond helpful and can help save you a lot of time and missing ingredients. milks and good fats is one way of doing this
Most of us want to be healthy. Smoothies made fresh with healthier fruits, berries, milks and good fats is one way of doing this.This book gives excellent info on these mentioned things. Alternatives to the not so healthy options and great recipes. They look delicious and are very easy to conjure up. Most of them use only a few ingrediants that you can easily get at any grocery store.I will say that following the plan to the T will be very expensive with all your other grocery items for the week so i only. Got ingrediants for a few smoothies a week that were most appealling to me. The jelly and peanut butter one made with almond butter is really delicious.I use smoothies as a lunch alternative or quick breakfast when i am groggy and dont want to cook. This book has great variety and winderful information for not only smoothies but changing how you look at foods, even a little.Note - I recieved this item in exchange for an honest review

Informative Book with Delicious Recipes - Try the Dandelion Green Smoothie!
What I love most about this book is that it is more than just recipes—I wasn't really expecting that. Being that I have a sincere love of learning and smoothies, I appreciated the additional information. There are lots of excellent tips in here for those of you looking to improve your health and find recipes that are just as delicious as they are healthy.The one thing that really stood out to me was the mention of drinking smoothies for breakfast. I am not a breakfast-kind-of-girl. I don't have much of an appetite in the mornings. With breakfast being the most important meal of the day, I find myself sluggish by lunchtime, so I started blending smoothies for breakfast. I cannot explain how much this has improved my overall mood and energy levels in the morning. It's SO much easier to drink something than to scarf down a large breakfast—and still get the nutrients my body needs.The Dandelion Green Smoothie freaked me out a little bit. Dandelion greens, to me, are quite bitter. However, with the addition of the other sweeter ingredients, it really transforms it into something pretty darn delicious. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't already! It is actually my favorite morning smoothie.Overall, I do recommend this book for smoothie lovers and those looking to find new recipes and other helpful and inspiring information about them.* Product provided free of cost for an unbiased review.
