***update** 01/20/21I did love this product; however it stopped working I’m disappointed and debating if I should try reordering this one to give it another try, or just try another brand . What a bummer. ***I have been wanting a water floss for a while, so my friend recommended this one and I bought it. It has been such a great and necessary addition to my dental hygiene. I have really tight teeth structure so this is working marvelous. No more bleeding and forcing tradition floss in between the tight space of my teeth.The water tank is large enough so I don’t have to keep stoping to refill with water, and it doe not leak ! I can choose the mode soft, pulse or DIY for my preference abs dental needs.I use it in the shower which it made things that much easier. The battery so far is doing great and the whole family is using it. It comes with 5 heads, with different ring color to differentiate them, so we can share, and each member of the family has one. However, after trying it, I will be purchasing a second one to keep in the other bathroom, and to be able to take it when I travel.

I’m not too pleased with this. I bought this cause my hands are very weak so flossing is hard for me to do... I heard this was a fast easy way to get it done. Well.... not really!!First of all the quality of the flosser seemed to be good when just looking at it... but it’s actually very cheap. The canister where the water goes does not stay out and constantly falls off making a watery mess. Although we tighten it, it won’t stay put.The button is not easy to press, it needs force and my fingers are weak which is why I bought this is the first place ... i thought it would be easier!!After struggling to keep it together and not being able to use it properly I decided to just stop and get rid of it! It’s not worth the humbug!!The attachments are..... blah.. I’m not quite sure why there are so many different attachments cause they all do the same thing... spray water... or what ever water will actually come out. Because the water leaks as we tilt the flosser it makes it hard for water to come up.. it’s hard to explain. I just know it didn’t not turn out to be what I expected.Had the water not leaked or made a mess my adult kids would’ve kept it for themselves.Others may have had a pleasant experience with this but we did not... it didn’t go well with us.Hopefully others have an Easier time using but I think I’ll stick to a reputable brand when it comes to this kind of thing.... I tried to take the cheaper way out....

This water flosser is easy to use and does a great job at flossing. It has good amount of water pressure that seems to reach areas in between my teeth. It even gets in between my teeth in the back with ease. It cleans in between my teeth and around my gums that normal wax flossing just can’t get. It’s compact and is the perfect size for traveling. It has several different attachments for different uses.

I have had a similar product which I rate highly. When I sent it for repair I purchased this item to use in the mean time. There was an adjustment period as with the first item. I rate this product highly as well... easy to use, does what it claims to, good for traveling... What I value the most of this item is the attentiveness, speediness in response and thoughtfulness from the merchant. I had two questions for them since I purchased this item. I received the clearest, fastest and most helpful replies. Yes. I give a five-star for the item. I give also a five-star for seller's customer service.

I had another water pick that after many years of service gracefully bowed out with a broken motor a while back. I got this one after reading the reviews but it is certainly not the same. My biggest issue has to do with the settings. The hard setting literally makes my gums bleed. My wife tried it and it made her gums bleed too. That was a scary moment... neither of us have never had that happen. On the other hand, the soft setting is too soft. I end up flossing after anyway because it just doesn't feel flossed. It needs a medium setting at least. My other issue is with the tube inside... you have to move the pick around in weird positions to get all the water out. Not my best purchase but don't feel like going through the hassle of a return so I'll have to make it work.

This water flosser is amazing. I like the different presssure setting it comes with. I use to have trouble flossing but this water flosser has made it so much easier to clean inbetween my teeth and gums. The pulse and soft setting are helpful when you are first starting off. The first 4 days I had a little bit of blood come out but since then no more. In the manual it states that this could happen because my gums are not use to it. The battery life per charge is pretty good too. Overall it's a great water flosser and even looks pretty cool. I would definitly reccomend it.
