SilenX EFX-08-15R Effizio 80x25mm 15dBA 32CFM Red LED PC Computer Case Fan

I bought this fan to replace a red fan in a computer that I built for a family member, the live out of town so when I went there for the holidays in Dec I installed it and to my dissapointment and dismay it is not red...it's orange. the add says red, the package says red however, it is undoubtably orange. I don't know if it's just that I was expecting the red or not but it doesn't seem to be as bright as the origional on that came with the case..Now the good news, it was well package and shipped with other items I bought, it was in a plastic retail package (you know, the ones that are a pain to cut open) and when installed was nice and quiet and had a decent air flow rate. This is in no way Amazon nor Tiger Directs fault as I believe that it was just put in the wrong package at the manufacturing stage.I don't know if it was just a fluke or if they had an entire run with the wrong color/packaging combo but, if you do buy one I'd suggest plugging it in to make sure it's the right color before you take the time to actually install it as I wish I had done =)I hope this helps, good luck and have a nice day
