QUICRUN Fusion FOC System 2 in 1 ESC+Motor (1800KV)

Powerful and quiet! Very durable and perfect for saving space having the esc built in. Been using with a 2 speed trans for over a year without any issues.

Anyone that does RC crawling knows slow speed control is as crucial as much as wheel speed when getting out of tough situations. I have never experience such torque at low speeds, Im talking about snail pace. I trimmed throttle to accelerate. As soon as it moves I stopped trimming, then set up obstacles. This thing does not break a sweat as long as the tire grip is there. Top speed is sacrificed due to the low down torque, but with a 2 speed trans, that can be resolved. I'm going to outfit all my crawlers with this motor as long as it fits. For the price you are paying, it is an overall great value for what you are getting. Hobbywing products has always been amazing, Arrma uses them in their 6S RTRs and many locals at my Hobby Shop use Hobbywing for drag races. That reminds me, I need one of those too.

Most simple motor to install ever. Great product! So far the best motor/esc combo. since the esc and motor are built together, the ease of installing this thing is very simple, it is the size of a 550 motor but it is actually a 540. The esc built on the bottom side of the motor makes the length as long as a 550can. Its brushless and has FOC, comes with the program card, and is very simple to use. Even being a 540 motor, it does pull a lot of weight.I would suggest a heatsink and fan, even though it does have thermal protection settings, I would still buy a cooling system specially if you run it in a hot environment, since the esc and motor are built together. Super quiet, all I hear is my diffs and trans while moving. Cant go wrong with the price.

This is a fantastic motor. And this is coming from a Holmes Hobbies fan. The downside is that it is slow in a single speed rig. I put it in an element enduro kit and it was just way too slow. Seeing it won’t fit in most of my SCX10II trucks, I was left with trying it on my TRX4 trucks. I didn’t try it in a single speed Sport, but in my two speed transmission for a Power Wagon build, it is perfect. Quiet, can still go slow in high gear and have torque, or go super slow in low gear with gobs of torque. It’s worth a try and very clean install. I definitely would recommend it for the TRX4, but maybe not for a TRX6 that will take more motor for the 3 axles.

I've tried many different brushed and brushless systems in my crawlers. The Fusion 2 n 1 is the best, even when compared to more expensive options.The FOC control is an actual advantage on the rocks, the motor has lots of torque, drag brake would hold a dump truck and ESC programming is quick and easy.One area where the Fusion's ESC is lacking is setting exponential throttle curves. However, I use the FlySky GT5 transmitter which has an EXP function. The combination works great and can be adjusted on the fly while driving.

Worth the cost and saves room. BEC is decent. Running in a 14lbs trx4. Drag brake still works mint too. Definitely buy it with the program card.

I’ve only used for a couple of days now so I can’t speak for long term but so far it has operated perfectly. I installed it in a HG P802 military truck and although the motor is entirely too fast in high gear at full throttle ( I don’t recommend this ) the low speed throttle control is exceptional. It pulls the loaded trailer no problem but I am still testing to see if I get a thermal warning. All in all a very nice esc motor combo, simple to install, and none of that annoying motor whine at low speed.

This is the motor/esc combo you need! The Fusion motor totally changed how smooth I can crawl and brake on my TRX4 Sport! At last, the perfect motor! Plus, I like to "drift" on sandy surfaces and go "fast"... okay, it's not as fast as a slash car, but whoa, this is a crawler!? A few other guys in our little RC group also bought the same Fusion motor... Bonus... I've been running a 3S battery, constant crawling, lots of uphill climbing, lots of fast running and motor stays cool! I have about 10 hours on this motor and I'm diggin' it...

Had to shave a little to make it fit an SCX10 3. The motor is longer then the stock one.Only took a few minutes to make it fit.Seriously impressed with the tork and crawling feature.Not the cheapest but reasonable considering the ESC is built in. It makes a huge difference over stock or a sensor less setup.Likely get it again for my TRX4.
