Good fertilizer
I placed the Root tabs in substrate and we'll see how well my plants respond.The tabs arrived quickly and the packaging secure.Great service...

Poke holes to actually bury
Too soon to comment on the actual effectiveness of plant growth, but I've seen 2 new runners start to spout up after a little over a month so that's a good sign.I can say that the first few I tried to bury in the substrate were absolute failures. They immediately floated to the top. The next few I poked probably 8 to 10 holes in the capsule with a safety pin and that seemed to do the trick. So definitely recommend, if you go with this product, to poke the capsules with safety pins multiple times so they don't immediately float to the surface. Bury them at least 2-3" deep in substrate and work fast, because the capsules begin to dissolve quickly.Also, I've been actively monitoring my water parameters and other than a very small ammonia spike ~24hrs after adding the tablets that resolved itself almost immediately, my water has been completely stable and a couple of my plants may have (subjectively) improved in health/appearance a bit.

Great product
Great product, I've purchased a few boxes now and I'm always happy. Just burry under the substrate near rooted plants and that's it. As long as I keep getting amazing results, I'll keep buys every few months.

These root tabs help establish a healthy aquarium
These tabs were easy to use with rock wool and potting baskets. Plants are doing well and I have to attribute their growth in part to the tabs. It’s too premature to comment on longevity or value for the money.

Aquarium plant fertilizer
The product was easy to use. I did poke a couple holes with a needle which helped them to not float up. Will order more when all these are used up!

Make sure you work fast
I had trouble using tong to plant my capsules under my plants as they popped up a couple times.The 2 plants I used them for are doing real well.I do however now just use my hands to tuck tablet under substrate and dirt as it's much easier.

Try a different root tab
I'm not sure what this has inside this capsule but it doesn't appear as effective as other root tabs
