This is a good kit and comes with some simple instructions.I was able to easily wire this up to my car for an additional horn (for show purposes ofcourse).The horn is loud and has a clear tone.Good esthetics and built well.All you need is a momentary button hooked up to this and you have a working truck horn.Please do not wire this in replacement to your original horn as you will likely fail an MOT.

I wanted to fit a air horn that was loud plus cheap to buy most of them for sale at this price range are rubbish.I looked on Youtube and found this guy fitting one to his Dodge Ram truck and it sounded quite loud and easy to fit.I ordered one on Amazon with next day delivery when it arrived i fitted to my Dodge Ram sounds great and not a lot money.

Definitely worth paying the extra for this bit of kit as I had a few of the cheaper horns (2 duel mounted) both lasted around a year or so. Bought this one hoping it'll last longer, but WOW! This horn has PUNCH!!! Equal to those heard on HGV's. I liked it so much I've bought a second. I can't comment on longevity as yet as bought my 1st 6 May 2020. 7 months ago. But really please with its loudness and have had quite a few laughs waking people up watching them swerve back into their own lanes, knowing it's best NOT to challenge a 50 Ton HGV . Then I come shooting through... The look on the idiots faces searching for a HGV is priceless ;o)I've even woken a sleeping driver at a green traffic light 5 cars in front of me.... lol... The 5 cars were being far too polite, I know all 5 silently thanked me... lol...

Fitted approx 5 weeks ago. Worked great, then stopped working for no reason. Unit was installed in a weatherproof location etc

maybe not quite as loud as claimed but a very nice deep tone, been using this for a while now and working well, didn't really follow the fitting instructions as I wanted to install it slightly different but fixings easy to use and of good quality, recommended.

I Installed this onto my motorcycle and no one suspects the small bike to have such a loud horn, makes people jump out their skin haha :)

Loud But doesn't last longFirst and foremost, the noise is great, very loud with a deep sound to it, however, it didn't last long. Some other reviews have mentioned it before but EVERY metal surface rusts like crazy. I had my horn installed in behind the grille at the front of the car where most people would install this but the horn hit a point where the sound slowly got fainter and fainter untill nothing. I'd say it lasted maybe 6 months until it fianlly succumb to the rust (I live on the coast but i'd expect it to live longer than 6 months).TLDR: Perfect for a short while if thats what you want.

The media could not be loaded. This horn is loud and sounds great. It makes my dodge ram sound like a semi truck. I have it wired alongside my factory horns and it makes a very nice sounding tri-tone. Great value.The install:The kit came with the horn, a mount, the compressor, a relay, two different size wires (positive and ground) and some terminal blade/ ring crimp connectors.I installed the horn and compressor one day and did the wiring a second day. It took me around8 man hours total to plan out the install and complete everything. I am very qualified to perform this install and worked at a leisurely pace.I installed the horn and compressor underneath the truck on the inside of the left frame rail just forward of my fuel tank. I soldered wires to the compressor terminals and then sealed the terminal cavities with epoxy to protect from arcing in case it gets really wet down there. I ran the the compressor's ground wire to a loop terminal and just snugged it underneath one of the horn mounting bolts. I bolted a hose clamp onto the frame rail and used that to mount the compressor. I ran the positive wire to the engine bay and connected everything to the relay per the instructions. I tapped off my factory horns positive wire right near the factory horn and ran that back up to the relay for use as my trigger wire so the horn will always sound alongside my factory horns.I used these tools to complete the install:-drill with high strength steel step bits-die grinder-multimeter-wire strippers/crimpers-soldering iron-socket set-screwdriverThe cons:I did not like the mounting plate that came with the horn. You have to mount the horn to the plate and then mount the plate onto your mounting surface. However, the way the horn is mounted to the plate, it uses just bolts and nuts which causes the nut and shank of the bolt to protrude on the other side of the plate meaning you can't mount the plate flush against the mounting surface. Not a huge deal, I just have a small gap. I had to grind off the excess bolt shank sticking past the nut. The manufacturer could install studs on the mounting plate to fix this, or you could weld some studs on if you like. You could also drill holes into the mounting surface where the bolt and nut protrude but in my case I was drilling through my frame rail and it takes a long time to drill through so I didn't feel like it. Also there was not enough wiring to accommodate the install but not a huge deal.Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and look forward to ear blasting the uncourteous drivers in my town.

My horn quit working so I talked my boss at fedex into installing one of these on my P1000. It works flawlessly and it is loud enough that people pay attention to it.

Works good, has plastic mounts easy to install if your familiar with electrical, no directions, it is really loud!

Franchement c'est un bon klaxon, tout le monde est surpris de sa puissance et du prix payer pour un klaxon vraiment efficace, quelques soucis de branchement au début mais vite résolus en mettant du câble de diamètre supérieur. Enfin un vrai klaxon ;-)

Ottimo prodotto, di qualità! L’installazione secondo me, deve essere fatta da un elettrauto. Per il resto sono soddisfatto, installata su un camper con telaio fiat ducato, il clacson suona in contemporanea con la tromba, sembra un CAMION. SUPER
