Buying handbags online is a hit-or-miss endeavor at best, particularly if we're talking about bags made of "vegan leather": they are often cheap-looking, stiff, and/or badly sewn. Not so this time! The faux-leather is soft and supple, and the dumpling bag is really well-made. It's a perfect medium-small bag for those times when you don't need to carry around a set of yoga clothes, a water bottle, a laptop, and three hairbrushes but you still need something that holds your phone, wallet, and lipstick with room to spare. Plus, the optional chain strap is heavy, solid metal (not metallic plastic). There's also an optional strap made of the same material as the bag's body, for a slightly more casual look (or for when you're wearing silver jewelry that would clash with the bold gold chain). I wish this bag came in 20 colors! That said, I may have to treat myself to the white one. A+++

Purchased this as a dupe for a $200 purse. It is very cute and the chain strap is very substantial for the price. Wish this had more colors to pick from, and made in a suede material.

I love this handbag. It looks so luxurious and high end. The gold chain is very substantial and well made. Perfect size to hold all your necessary items. Leather is so soft and beautiful. Opens and closes easily, just gorgeous. Thinking of ordering the fur one.

UPDATE 3:I finally did receive the goodwill refund as promised. The Seller has been very kind and helpful, and I would definitely recommend them. As promised, I have upped my rating to a four out of five. I admit I was a little bit disappointed that the bag was not as I expected (although it seems to be good quality), but their customer service was stellar! I think it deserves a ten out of five!UPDATE 2:The Seller's quality assurance expert has been valiantly trying to get me a goodwill refund. Amazon claimed to have processed my refund on October 11 and stated that it would take 2-3 days to show up on my credit card. It has been 9 days and I have received no refund. The Seller's representative has offered many suggestions on how to contact Amazon and has been doing what they can from their end (I live abroad, so I can't call a helpline). They are very pleasant and helpful and I can't say enough good things about them. I am getting very tired of Amazon, however, which writes me very occasionally from addresses I can't reply to. I think it's time to go on a spending diet.UPDATE 1:To my surprise, I was contacted by the Seller's quality assurance representative, who was very polite and offered an exchange. That did not work well for me, as I live abroad and shipping purses back and forth would cost me more than the purse.They also sent me a picture of the bag with a tape measure, mentioning that the bag had some elasticity and it depended how you measured it, but their measurements fit the description. That is true. The seams on the bag are gathered and it is a bit slouchy on the sides and bottom, and I measured by just laying it on the bed. If I had set it on a table and squashed it flat so it was stretched out to the maximum, the measurements would be accurate, give or take a hair or two. However, my (smaller) measurements reflect the size the bag will look when full, and worn. To be fair, the Seller's flattened measurements do, however, represent what the bag can hold, which is a surprising amount for a small bag.Also, the chain is actually the same length as the replacement chain I bought, but because it is chunky (which I think looks very nice), it takes up some of the length. Also, the closing of the bag has a metal mechanism (completely hidden between the leather and the lining) which runs the length of the top of the bag (about 11"), so it is rigid. That means the chain doesn't drop down straight, it is pulled out by the bag. The result is that, although I thought 22" was a perfect length when I let a tape measure dangle over my shoulder, the actual chain on the actual bag works out as too short for my nearly 5'11" frame.The Seller has offered to reimburse me partially for the bag, which I really appreciate. If they do, I will come back and add a star. They communicated clearly and politely, I must say it was a positive experience.In my experience, dumpling bags are sort of semi-rounded, while this one is definitely a rectangle. That surprised me, although if you look closely at the pictures, you can see it. The article seems to be good quality, although I haven't used it yet (although I did try it on with my huge wallet in it and, if anything, it looked better rather than worse. I do hope I will be able to use it. If my replacement chain is less chunky, it might hang better on my shoulder (but might not look as nice; I like the chain it came with, it just doesn't work well for me).Potential buyers should be aware that, in my view anyway, this is a small purse (not mini, but small). However, due to the gathered seams, it can really hold quite a lot. Not a tablet or anything, but a phone, a good-sized wallet (mine is large and thick) a lipstick or two, keys and so on. The essentials. It has a heft to it without being too heavy. It is definitely a rectangle shape, much wider than it is high. The chain handle is beautiful. I haven't used it so can't speak to its longevity. The length may not be an issue to smaller, slimmer women (I am nearly 5'11, with broad shoulders, I wear a size 14 on top). I hope this review helps.If the Seller does indeed give me a partial refund, I will come back and raise my evaluation from 3 to 4 stars. I definitely feel that this is a serious company and doing their best in all good faith. I will come back with updates if they refund me and also if I use it.The bag is thinner than it looks, so it is sort of a skinny dumpling. It appears to be well made. But it is smaller than I thought (based on the measurements I compared to a purse I have, using a tape measure). And it looks well made, but the skinniness of the dumpling shape makes it look less luxurious, sort of cheap although it does not look cheaply made; the closing works well and the lining is impeccable and looks very thick and sturdy. The chain is nice, quite heavy, but not uncomfortable for me. I am tall with broad shoulders and was hoping to be able to wear it over my shoulder, but it's going to keep falling off because it barely fits over my shoulder. I expected the chain to be a tad bit longer. I have ordered another chain that is 22 inches long and hope it will work out, because I need a nice, semi-dressy white purse.

The media could not be loaded. Hi ‘Zon lovelies!!!! I’m a bit “mature” in age with daughters that are twenty-somethings and we all love love this purse. It’s so cute for an evening out or a casual day of shopping. I love that the chain is metal and not cheap plastic. I also love that the inside of the purse is a vinyl or PU leather material rather than that cheap canvas that frays and make the inside of your purse look like you held a cat hostage in the bag. This bag will hold everything you need. I have a small make up bag in mine, along with keys, dental floss because well you gotta have it after dinner sometimes, my phone, and my credit card wallet along with some other small necessities. I haven’t had it long but used it for a few days now and no sign of peeling or loose threads so far. The only drawback which is so minor but for some it could be an issue because it will slide off the shoulder a bit if you’re using the chains, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me. I ordered the tan shade as you can see in the pic but it’s more of a nude blush shade with a tiny dash of apricot shading. Hard to zoom in to show the exact shading but I tried my best in the video. If there are any issues with the bag within the next couple of weeks, I’ll be sure to update with pics. Final vote for me was five stars and I ordered it in black as well which should be here on Monday!!!

I was not expecting the quality that this bag has! Love the faux fur, and I’m pretty picky, but it’s luxurious. The chain is heavy and durable, which just elevates it too.Can’t wait for winter to use - super cute!

Bag is nice and has a strong closure my biggest dislike was the chain on the bag is very yellow in color not a nice gold. The chain feels very heavy and good quality but the color of it makes the bag overall look cheap.

This bag!!!! Holy cow, I am really amazed at the quality of it for the cost- the packaging it came in was so nice, came with a dust bag and wrapped very nicely. The bag itself is sturdy but really soft, the color is exactly as shown, the perfect nude that will go with anything and can get dressed up or down. The bag comes with a nude strap or a really high quality gold chain. The weight of the chain initially feels very heavy inside the bag but once I put it on it’s very comfortable to carry. I cannot get over how nice this bag is for the price! I’m so excited to use it, I can definitely fit a lot in there- sunglasses case, iPhone 12 max, small wallet or cardholder, keys, etc with no problem! If you’re thinking about getting this bag, do it! You will not be disappointed!!!
