I was very excited for this product to arrive, but unfortunately when it did, some of the pens were already dried out and didn’t work. I figured I would just deal with it because there were so many different colors, but then the colors I really wanted to use dried out shortly after I started using them. I don’t think this is worth the money since a bunch of the pens simply don’t work.

The produced arrived with numerous markers dried out.

I was disappointed because there were numerous pens dried up before I even used them.

First: the case looks nice but isn't practical. It's difficult to go through and see them all and I ended up dumping them in the box. Which defeats the purpose of the included color pallet.Second: I've already thrown at least 10 away. Took the cap off for first use and didn't work. Acted like there is no ink.They color nice but these problems will make me look elsewhere.

I'm so disappointed, I've just started using this set and so far 6 markers are completely dried out with the potential for more to be. For how much money this set is, I expected better. I'll update if I find more.Be aware potential buyers!UPDATE: They responded to this review and sent me a new box for free, but 8 markers were dried out so they have some manufacturing issues.

Great pens just too small for what my wife wanted. If you like thin pens it's an amazing set to get.

I was really looking forward to using these. I can't because there were several that didn't have ink or the ink dried up. Don't buy. Spend a few extra dollars and get a better set.

***UPDATED REVIEW*****I contacted BMS on Sunday about the pens as 1 had broken (I’d never even used it) and 6 weren’t working and OMG their customer service team were amazing!!! Super helpful and really apologetic abc they’ve sent me a brand new set of pens free of charge which arrived tidal!!!!With customer service like that I’d highly recommend them 😊😊😊I ordered these fine liners on the back of receiving the Zenacolor pencils for Christmas as the pencils were awesome. When they arrived they came in a lovely designed box and I was initially pleased when I opened them.The pens come in 4 separate trays but are out of sequence with the colour charts in the lid so you have to take all 4 out to find your colours.Some of the pens didn’t work unless you applied a lot of pressure on nib, the colours aren’t as vibrant as their pencils, the pens aren’t numbered so trying to match them with the colours in the lid is quite hard (especially if you drop them like I did and then tried them put them back in Order!!!) and the pastel colours all seem to merge into each other.The pens themselves are quite nice and lightweight, but are quite bendy so not very sturdy.I think they are a good set but pricey for what they are. There’s improvements that need to be made in order to bring the quality up to the standards of their pencils,

So the product came well packaged and the set looks like it's really good value. Anyway I had only been using these for 2 days before one of the pens dried up already. Got a refund from amazon to buy another set. I'm giving these one more go, but so far I'm not impressed.Secondly, the colour chart is a but small for my liking with only one small circle per colour. Also I discovered that the pens aren't in order either, so it's pretty much a guessing game as to what colour matches the name on the chart. My suggestion is to have the pens layed out in order of the colour chart would be more helpful.Update:I've tried and tested the replacement sent, some of the pens don't work at all. Also I've noticed alot of them don't flow that well. Very disappointed. I won't be buying these again. You get what you pay for.

It is a great set however the pens do not have any color naming on them so you don't know which colour you are using unless you can match the lids up against the colour chart on the inside of the box lid. The pens come in a sturdy card box and not a metal box. Some of the lids were off the pens so the pens were slightly dry and one of pens as shown in the photo hasn't been manufactured as smoothly as the rest.

I received my pens and there was one pen that was dry and not working, I contacted the company and they sent a replacement new set to me free of charge. This is excellent customer service and I cannot praise the company enough. Thank you BMS

Excellent! Absolutely love these fine liners - the colours are amazing & they are so smooth & easy to use, giving beautiful colours time after time. They are definitely worth buying & at such a reasonable price!
