Beautiful & Healty Pink Salt
Love this salt, it's a beauty to look at, adds a great taste and is healthier for you. I will order again when I run out. We use a salt grinder so no need for those anti-caking chemicals in the salt we use.

Absolutely love this salt! While not an Aficionado, this salt taste so very good! Who would think a person could taste such a difference in salt? I can only guess it is the extra minerals and nutrients.~ I bought coarse this time so I could use it in my mill to top foods with, but I also grind it up in my blender into smaller grains to use for cooking. I like it that much. I never use regular ole table salt any longer.~I purchased the 3 5# bags for longer storage, as each is in a thick plastic bag. Also, the price is cheaper.~I have found no hard rocks/pebbles in mine. Not to say there never will be, only that I have found none. So far though, it has all been salt and grinds well.I would recommend this salt to anyone as it has a GREAT taste, and is easy to grind.

Natural salts are the most healthful and contain minerals not found in processed salt.
Previous to buying this salt, I had bought a course Himalayan salt because we use a salt grinder. The course salt was difficult to grind. This salt tasted very good and isn't so hard to grind as the course. So far, we are very happy with this salt. We no longer use commercial table salt at all as it contains too many ingredients to prevent caking, and is also processed to make the color white. Natural salts are the best and the most healthful as they contain minerals not found in commercial salt. We also use Celtic salt. The difference is that Himalayan salt is collected from caves and Celtic salt is collected from the sea.UPDATE 07/06/22:We used both Celtic Sea salt and the pink Himalayan salt for a while, but for the last few months, I find I prefer the Himalayan salt over the Celtic Sea salt since the moisture in Celtic Sea salt tends to clog the salt grinder and it doesn't grind as well. The Himalayan salt is a bit harder and can take a little more effort to grind it, but the distribution of salt from the grinder is much better.I also found that Himalayan salt has many health benefits and can actually help to lower blood pressure when used instead of table salt. This is some of the information I found in my research. 1) Himalayan salt’s rich mineral content can help your body detoxify. Himalayan salt contains more than 80 minerals and elements, including potassium, iron and calcium. All of these minerals aid our body’s natural detoxification process and promote the removal of bacteria. 2) It contains less sodium than processed table salt and lowers blood pressure. Table salt is highly processed and contains fewer minerals and more sodium than Himalayan salt does. When you swap table salt for Himalayan salt, your body has an easier time processing it because it doesn’t require as much water to clear out the excess sodium as it would have if you had consumed table salt.To boot, Himalayan salt is naturally rich in iodine, which food companies add artificially to table salt after processing it. The natural iodine in Himalayan salt is very effective at helping your body create an electrolyte balance, helping your intestines absorb nutrients and lowering blood pressure. 3) Contrary to what most people believe, Himalayan salt can aid hydration. If the body’s water content drops by as little as 2 percent, we will feel fatigued. When we sweat or workout, we lose minerals, or electrolytes. Drinking water with a pinch of mineral-rich Himalayan salt after a workout can help you regain them and, in turn, your energy and hydration. 4) It improves digestion. Himalayan salt’s rich mineral content helps balance your body’s pH levels. When our pH levels are balanced, our bodies have better immunity and are better able to process and digest food. 5) Himalayan salt is a more natural alternative to table salt. Table salt is usually heavily refined and mixed with anti-caking agents to prevent clumping, such as sodium aluminosilicate or magnesium carbonate. Himalayan salt is less artificial and does not usually contain additives.At this point in time, we have not used table salt in well over 6 years, and would never go back to using it. I also use this salt in my homemade bread recipes, and my bread raises better than it ever did with table salt. I highly recommend pink Himalayan salt or even Celtic Sea salt if you prefer a moister salt. Either on is much healthier than table salt.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Himalayan salt is great for baths.
I dissolve about a rounded tablespoon in hot water and add it to my bath water. Got rid of itchy skin, and feel so refreshed!
