Tips starting to hook after ~2months
So let's be clear here that we're buying a full set of synthetic brushes for less than the price of a single kolinsky sable, and that value proposition is huge.I have used these pretty solidly for a couple of months (mainly 000 to 1) painting WH 40k, and they've done a fair amount of mini's in that time. The 00 has been used for metallics and is knackered as expected, and the others are holding point... ish. The 000 and 0 have started to hook, and can no longer be used for most detail work now. So basically are now reserved to a life of base coating and washes.Really though, that's where these brushes shine, use them to do the legwork and then pull out a couple of decent kolinsky's for your detailing & highlights - prolonging the life of your decent brushes.

Natürlich sind die Pinsel nicht perfekt und die sehr großen Griffe sind sicherlich gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber sie haben mir einen günstigen Einstieg in ein Hobby ermöglicht. So kann man schnell ausprobieren welche Pinselgröße sich wie verhält und was einem liegt. Sie wirken nicht wertig, aber besser als das, was ich für ~1€ pro Pinsel erwartet hätte.Wegen der komischen Griffe und eines eigenartigen Geruchs, der von den Griffen ausgeht aber trotzdem ein Stern abzug.
