Alright so I’ve been doing keto since Aug 22nd. I started at 207 and today 8/3 I am 186.4. I was stuck at 191.8- 192.6 for about 2 weeks. I bought the keto pills to help me burn more throughout my workouts and give me some extra energy. The first time taking them I noticed a big difference in my sleep pattern. I couldn’t sleep at my normal time , not sure about it helping me keep focus just kept me up. But when I have the 2 pills in the morning on an empty stomach (I fast in the morning ) I’ve been losing half a pound a day. Especially when I eat the correct amount of calories, protein and fats. It’s like the pills are helping me burn the fats faster which I’m totally down for. I’ve only used them about 5 times since I received them and so far they’ve been a purchase worth buying. YOU MUST DRINK PLENTY OF WATER! I cannot stress how important that is. Pee out those fats!!! Also on keto your not suppose to do long intense workouts so I carb cycle on the days I have intense workouts but straight into keto after. I carb cycle once a week. I’ll update again later after I finish the bottle. But if you are in keto and do workout, I suggest waking up, having water, taking the pills and doing 20 min of a workout and then eating about an hour later. Have plenty of water and don’t eat dinner after 6/7pm.

Does what it says.
I was not sure that this product would work for me, but I decided to try it out after friends had recommended it and seeing them lose weight after using this supplement. So far, there are many things I love about these capsules. They are very easy to swallow, it curbed my appetite and also I was able to take these on an empty stomach without any issues. I was able to see a difference in my weight shortly after taking these!

It actually works.
As a patient recovering from stroke, I've had issues with weight gain over the past year. The best keto product
I lost 6 lbs with a low cardio and carb diet after taking this product for about 8 days. I had taken this product before and I love it. You will always get the results that you expect. If people want to lost weight and eat healthy, I really recommend this product.

Works well to control sugar level
I didn't use this product to lose weight. Since diabetes run in my family (I'm not diabetic yet), I started a moderate keto diet a few months ago to control my sugar level. However, I have been feeling tired all the time, most likely because my body wasn't used to the diet change and couldn't get enough from the keto diet, And I always wanted to eat sugary foods.So I tried taking this supplement. I can almost immediately feel the effect within the first 2 days of taking this pill. I don't feel tired anymore and my craving went away.

It really works!
Started taking Ultra Keto the day I got it. It was a Saturday so I didn't actually change my diet until a few days later. On Tuesday I could tell it had already put me in keto (Monday was my first keto eating day). Went out of town on week two so didn't really stick to any diet but if I take it first thing in the morning I'm not even hungry until after lunch time. I don't weigh myself but I can tell by how my pants fit that 19 days in I'm losing inches. It obvi works best when I'm watching what I eat, but the fact that it still works even when I'm not is such a huge help! I plan on taking this until I reach my goal size (probably several months) and will likely keep some on hand to help maintain! I almost bought another brand but based on the reviews I decided to try Ultra Keto instead, I'm so glad that I did!

Awesome product! Highly recommend!
I have tried several products and this is the one keeps me from being hungry. It is amazing! I actually feel like I have eaten a 10 course meal. I am not feeling that hunger feeling even before I eat my dinner meal. Thank you for creating this product!

false advertising
This is advertised with a video clip from shark tank as being a drink you take at 9PM and lose all your belly fat. What comes are pills that have to be taken twice a day; nothing as advertised! This does not work especially if you don't do the keto diet. SPAM!!!!!
