I had bought 2 other less expensive snap ring plier sets trying to fix the wheel on my Honda mower, but the tips were too big and the pliers were too flimsy to grab and remove the ring. Maybe I've lived under a rock until now, but I didn't know there were two sizes of snap ring holes. Now I have both sets. These are very nice. Well made. Decent price tag. Pretty easy to use and switch out tips.

Worked great for the internal ring I was trying to remove. I had bought a cheap set from a local store. Only one they had..And they just werent strong enough to hold the ring long enough to remove. I had also tried a pair of neednose pliers, but kept slipping off. The moment I received these I opened and tried them out, and worked perfectly. And again when I reinstalled it.. I had the excitement of it working so well I really wanted to find others rings to try it out on. But restrained myself, having other things to get done. The ring is 1-1/2" wide and the pin holes to remove it 1/2 ". Holds a bearing in place. I like the easy lever to switch it from internal to external also instead of the remounting different heads and such.

Fits my o-ring pliers perfectly. Every size you need is in this variety pack. Good price for how many pieces you get. Comes with an allen to secure tips in place. Always feel comfortable buying chanellock brand. Quality is ok I'm on my 2nd pack in 2 years but I use them alot at work.

I needed a tool that would allow me to use a range of tip sizes and this one fits the bill perfectly. The flip switch to go from inside to outside jaw spread is exceptionally useful. I can now keep this single tool in my box to replace what would have required 6-8 separate snap ring pliers.

They work perfectly. The two smaller ones doesn't have the locking device. It doesn't really matters because they are for smaller snap ring, which are easy to keep compress/expend. The large one lock in place so you can relax your hands and focus on location. Fancy, but it works great

This is my second set. Works good and appears to be a good product. I keep one set in my Skidoo Expedition Sport, to make repairs when needed while at my remote cabin.
