Let me start this review out to say I was NOT given any price break or consideration for this review. My belt is as wide as shown in the pictures. I have to admit that I don't wear it consistently however I can verify that it does not make me sweat as much as I thought it would. It does seem to help hold things in and it is significantly warmer when I wear it. The velcro is very strong and holds when I am doing yard work, exercising, housework, and if I wear it to work. I have experience dealing with heavy duty velcro and find if I take it off carefully everything is fine. I have worn my belt to sleep in, work in, housework, yard work, and to exercise with. It did bunch and crawl a bit when I wore it to work but for the other activities the belt stayed in place. I stopped wearing it to sleep in because it didn't seem to do much for me but I had to try it since other reviews said they recommended it. When doing yard work I did notice some sweating but not a lot. For exercising and housework, little to no sweating but it did seem to hold things in and compact them. I felt more of a stretch in the area covered by the belt than without it. I have only had the belt for a few weeks and will continue to use it to see if there is a physical difference. For the price I think it is worth a shot.

I bought the large size for my husband. He is 6 foot 3 inches and wears a 50 inch waist jeans, about 320 pounds. This belt fit great for him. He walks twice a day for 3 miles, total of 6 daily. With his low carb diet and wearing thos belt, he is now fitting into his 48 inch waist jeans.He started walking his 6 miles and would sweat, but nothing like he does with the belt. I would say he walked about a week without having amy results so I looked for a waist trimmer.The results have been inpressive and he now working to reduce more water weight by wearing this belt with his trips to the gym.The belt stretches and I pull it tight for him. It is comfortable and allpws him to move very well. I rinse it in the tub and hang to dry. The material is holding up, it is not ripping or being steetched out. Even if this was to happen, I would buy another belt becuase the results are worth every penny for a replacement.

I got this about a week ago, once tight and moving around it seems to roll up a bit around the sides and back, it is VERY large which is okay but at same time even when tightened seems to not fully make midsection sweat even when walking 10 miles plus a day. was a bit too large tall wise which could also be the problem of it rolling up in the back-sides? wearing under clothing seems to tug on shirt a bit as well and make slight discomfort. possibly would recommend something that makes sweat more some creams possibly for by itsself it hardly feels like it works. also has a VERY strong odor to product when receiving it, even after a gentle wash smells of harsh rubbers.

Apparently sweating while exercising is your body’s cooling system kicking in so it’s not necessarily cleansing or burning fat, that being said this belt does have you sweating around the belly area. I wore it to 1 hour of Zumba and my clothes under the belt was soaking. So yes you will sweat in the target area with this belt. It is a little in the flimsy side. I don’t think it will last very long.

Really good description of length and width. Has a dzzingly, strong, rubberized, chemical odor out of the bag. Aired it out overnight, still foul smelling. Soaked it in Gain detergent and aired it out overnight. The odor is less offensive, but still noticeable.

First off i tried many different belts but this one TAKES THE CAKE.. Im 280 pounds this belt fits me n my WHOLE tummy rolls n all to the T n ITS VERY COMFORTABLE. Yesterday i had to get ready for work so i put it on then put my uniform on over it then began to walk to the bus stop to head to work. I have to take 2 buses to get to work which is about a 2 hour commute anyway i left my house at 8 pm n arrived at work at 9:58 pm then went in the bathroom n took the waist belt off . MY WHOLE STOMACH N BREAST WAS DRIPPING WET n Moist OMG i couldnt believe.. I didnt do anything but put it on n went to work... My stomach was tight wet n sweaty.... I will continue to wear it and keep all updated... NO other belt has even fit me let alone shown me these results... and thats my GOAL TO SWEAT THIS WEIGHT OFFFFF.
