Hair gets so tangled it’s awful
Whilst our daughter loves this, it is awful. The hair gets tangled so easily and is unmanageable. Hair comes out because you have to brush it that hard. If you put a bobble in, it’s virtually impossible to get it out. And the clips are too difficult for our daughter to do herself. I would not recommend this at all and if she didn’t like it as much as she did, I would return it.

The hair is really bad quality
She cant play with the hair because its really dificult😟 they fall a lot its really hard!But she has a make up kit so she is playing!I dont reccomend!

Manque de précisions
J ai trouvé que la tête a coiffer manquait de quelques explications plus précises, surtout concernant le changement de couleur des mèches ! Il n est précisé nul part qu'il faut utiliser de l eau GLACÉE ! Ça ne fonctionne qu'avec de l eau très très froide. Nous avons dû utiliser de l eau avec des glaçons pour changer la couleur des mèches. En dehors de ça, les cheveux sont de bonne qualité et ne s abîment pas directement au moindre coup de peigne. Il y a quelques accessoires, mais pour le prix je m attendais à en avoir un peu + !
