Good but not easy for beginners
It takes a lot of effort to be able to do these! I tried using it without the resistance bands but it was too hard for me. With the resistance bands it gives a good workout and even with 15 minutes of trying it I feel the soreness.The jump rope is a jump rope. Nothing special but decent quality for daily use.Over all a good purchase and I think it definitely helps to add this to your workout.

Weak abs? Get this ab roller!
The only thing I dislike about this ab wheel is how weak my abdominals are! I imagine that will change the more I use it!

Thick but the elastic bands are quite extra
The knee pad it's good, the abb wheel by itself feels thick and good, everything good with the jumping rope. However the elastic band are quite extra and as a personal trainer I wouldn't recommend it to use them ( only the elastic bands, the wheel it's good)

EASY TO SETUP AND USE
I liked the design of the wheel. After delivery it was exactly the same how it was mentioned in the description. setup help is not needed and very simple.

Good option for Ab workout
Happy with the feel, fit and effectiveness of this ab roller. Being new to ab rolling, I appreciate the knee pad but especially the support bands that enable safely trying more difficult exercises. I think the wider wheel helps with stability but I don't have anything to compare it to.

The bands are too short for taller people
I have been using the wheel for about a month now. The product itself works as advertised. It seems well built, easy to assemble, and easy to use. I definitely feel it in my abs when i work out. The only thing I have found is the actual resistance bands do not stretch far enough for me and i am 6'2". I have been using the wheel without them and just limiting the range of motion but the bands could give more reach.

Solid product
This is a solid product. It is sturdy and I like the fact that the wheel is very thick rather than a wheel that is only a couple inches wide. I have used wheels that I did like a little better at different gyms I have worked out at but they were also likely more expensive than this. Bang for your buck here is good. Will continue to use.

Worth the wait!
Loving this product!! Great price for all that it comes with. It kept selling out and I'm glad I patiently waited ...the burn is real.

Super produit
La qualité est très bonne comparée au produit vendu dans les magasins. Le prix est acceptable. Très facile à l'installer. Cet outil d'entrainement va beaucoup t'aider à améliorer tes muscles. Espérons il va durer longtemps.

Excelente complemento para fortalecer el abdomen
El producto es excelente, de muy buena calidad, viene tal cual como se describe y se muestra en las imágenes, me encanto y por eso lo recomiendo al 100%, pero les aconsejo que practiquen bien el movimiento antes de usarlo, si lo están realizando de manera incorrecta el ejercicio pueden golpearse la cara o lo más probable es que terminen lastimando su espalda y eso no es culpa del producto si no del usuario.

Ejercicios en casa.
Se ven de buena calidad, la rueda es grande y se ve resistente. La cuerda tiene en los agarres un balero que evita que se enrede la cuerda.
