I am 5’2 and a half and weigh about 120. Been gaining a bit of weight and losing my shape so just wanted to have a waist trainer to suck everything in and train the hour glass shape along with some exercising. I bought a XS based on the short torso option and it probably is a size too small but I manage to hook it in at the largest setting. It really feels firm and secure and helps give you great posture and a little bit of a push up on the boobs as well. Who can complain about that? It is very comfortable and I feel like I can wear it all day. I can’t speak for its effectiveness just yet since I just got it but I’m loving it so far. I let my daughter try it on and she likes it too so I am getting her one as well. Highly recommend! I ordered another waist trainer awhile back which was a bit different from this one. It did not fit me properly and it felt big and loose. Not flattering on at all. I returned it and felt a bit unmotivated to order another one because I was afraid I’d be disappointed again. I’m glad I gave it another shot and ordered this one

Stats: 5'7", 275lbs, 48in waist, postpartum almost 4 years after 3 kids. I chose to get the 4XL with the intention of it not fitting. Ordered a 2pc extender to attach and it fits like I wanted it with the intention of saving money so I'm not buying a new waist trainer each time I'm sizing down. The quality feels great! It's comfortable for an 8+ hour wear. This has 14 hooks so you would need to purchase an extender with the same hook set if you're ordering a size smaller than the measurements provided. Sizing is pretty accurate so do not purchase based on your pant/shirt size. Take measurement of your waistline. Looking forward to my waist training journey. I will provide an update once I'm on the last hook of the 4XL. Will definitely buy this brand again.

It's tight. But what I've realized is it's not too tight in the abdomen, it's tight to clasp. I was fooled into thinking it would only fit on my stomach on the outermost clasp but didn't feel like it was while wearing. Turns out it's just difficult to clasp haha. It takes a few minutes to get on but I can actually wear it at the innermost clasps it's just such a pain in the hands to get on. I'm a little chubby and my back fat kinda petrudes off the top of it lol that's a me issue and not a corset issue. I love that it keeps me from slouching. I have good posture while wearing.

I have seen many waist trainers for hefty sums of money but didn’t buy them. I lost 30 lbs since April 2024 and realized I needed to cinch my waistline during the training process for that petite hourglass figure. I lift 30lbs, walk 4-6miles most days during the week and calorie deficit so I wanted all the benefits of a sexy body to match my workout regimen. I have gotten sooooooooo many compliments already and I am not at my goal weight yet! Imagine!! I compared this waist trainer to a wrap around and decided to settle for this because it was cheaper but it had more reviews. I took a chance and ordered small and I had to buy a little mini fan as I wanted one anyway for $6 to qualify for overnight shipping!! They arrived before 8am as promised!! I put the trainer around my waist and panicked because it stopped halfway! It was either send or back or see if it would fit if I stretched it. I started hooking every two hooks with several unhooked in between . The whole process took may 15 minutes. To my surprise the entire thing hooked including the hooks I left out and that’s when I was able to pull it up and down to fit snugly on my waist covering my little mini pudge. I love how I look in it. You can wear it all day, train in it or get a seamless look with your dresses when going out. I might not ever take it off!! lol Just kidding!! But it’s a great bargain. If you have a few more extra pounds more than me, consider the medium. But if you are trimmed already and need to flatten that stomach and curve your waistline a small would be just fine.

Took a bit of maneuvering the first two days, but it was very comfortable and supportive once I got it on. At first, I didn't think I could get it on but didn't take long for my body to respond and I've only had this a week!! So far I'm only wearing it between 4-6 hours a day with no changes to my diet (mildly indulgent) or exercise level (sedentary-light) and there's an obvious difference in my waistline, improved posture, and the click in my knee is even starting to go away! Wish I knew about this after my first kid but better late than never! I've already gone up one link row and will be buying the next size down soon! If I could, I'd give this ten stars. Highly recommend!!

In my opinion this is like those brand name quality waste trainers. I got a XXL and I am 220 pounds, 5’4.This is a strong waist trainer, not flimsy at all. I keep this on for a couple hours just to sweat around my troublesome areas and to help me reduce my bloating. I don’t particularly like wearing it in person too much because it’s so tight that it creates some rolls at the top of my back on top of the waist trainer that is visible when I wear tight clothes. But this is my own issue I could probably size up and issue resolved if I wanted this to be a spanks kind of waste trainer but that’s not why I’m using it and I wanted to feel snatched. A tip for getting it on, if you lay down on your bed to flatten your belly it is easier to get on! I believe waist trainers should have at least some of a struggle to get on, or perhaps it may be too big in my opinion.If you’re thinking about it: self-care love. I would buy it :) and when I continue losing weight I will Continue downsizing in this one.
