I have used other contoured pillows made out of memory foam, but they did not offer enough support especially over time. This one allows for adjustment in firmness and height. My upper back pain has been so much better since I got this pillow. I would buy another one without hesitation in the future.

I'm not sure why this gets so many five star reviews. The pillow is too thin, which means even though the neck has some support, it will be bend downward. The point of this product is to keep the spine straight, which can't happen unless you put a towel under it. The inserts are a neat idea, but since this doesn't support your neck properly, it doesn't matter. The first inserts are rock hard, the second are really comfy. But overall it's a disappointment. I don't want to give it 1 star, because it could hypothetically bring relief to some people.

Price is well worth it!

I didn't realize how important it was to have a good pillow until I bought this one. Before I would just use any pillow around the house and would wake up with a sore back and neck. Now I wake up feeling refreshed and energized. It does take a bit of time getting used to and getting the right combination of tubes that works for your comfort. Once you get that combo figured out you will enjoy the best sleeps.

Updated review after 2 months of receiving the pillow:After receiving this pillow for 2 months, the zipper head came straight off of the pillow case when I was starting to put the case back onto the pillow after washing the case.It has taken me forever trying to repair the zipper with no avail. I would not recommend item with such bad quality for anyone. Buyers beware!_____________________________________Original review:I truly love the design. You get five inserts with different hardness level / support level, and two height choices on the pillow itself. After trying out several combinations, I found the perfect combo for myself and finally started to have the best sleep quality in years. Really recommend!
