Seems to be helpful in thinning the dip powder base coat, which is exactly why I ordered it.
My dip base continued to get thick, even after being extremely careful with my brush etc. I found this item on a Google search and linked to Amazon. I have only used it once since the purchase and so far so good.

Fake product
I just got this product ( 15 minutes ago) and I think it is fake. It was not sealed, the lable is dirty, and I applied a few drops to my gel base and did absolutely nothing. It remains thick as it was. This prody is not returnable
