These elderberry capsules aren’t very large (they look huge in the photo but they’re about average capsule size) & are easy to swallow. I take my daily dose of two at the same time with water and I can’t feel them going down. They also have no flavor that I can detect, which is good for me because I hate flavored capsules. I started taking these 3 days ago, trying desperately to get rid of a stubborn cold. I’ve never tried elderberry before but have been told many times by multiple people that I should be taking some form of elderberry daily to help boost my immune system. Well, 3 days of taking 2 capsules daily, I can feel my symptoms lightening up today, so hopefully this daggone cold goes away. I plan on continuing taking these capsules daily even after my cold symptoms subside, mostly to see if it actually helps boost my immunity (I seem to be getting colds a lot more lately). I will certainly update this review in about a month with any new findings.

This Elderberry supplement is paired with Zinc and vitamin C for an overall boost of healthy, healing energy to the system. Whenever I feel a bit run down or like a cold is coming on, this is my go to set of ingredients to stave off whatever may be coming. Overnight, I feel back in balance and ready to face the world again. Elderberry and this combination seem to work the fastest to naturally heal the system..Wouldn't be without it. Great product. These days I’m always stocking up on immune system boosting supplements. And I just finished the bottle of Elderberry syrup I had so was going to replenish it when I sticker upon this one. I never knew Elderberry came in powder form. I’ve only ever seen it in the syrup form at the store. I decided to give them a go because I’m trying to lower my sugar intake and I know the elderberry syrup taken everyday the sugars although not a lot do add up over time.You just take 2 pills a day and they aren’t too big so easy to swallow. So far so good. And I love the added vitamin C and zinc as well. I always take those around winter time as it helps with the seasonal depression. Will update after I finish the entire bottle.

This is a very good product. Well made with clean ingredients. Much better than you would find at a big box store. It is a excellent combo of minerals and vitamins during this pandemic. Zinc, Elderberry, and Vitamin C. This has a strong amount of Elderberry. My only issue is that there is not enough Vitamin C. I would have liked more Vitamin C. However, it does have the better Vitamin C, just wish a higher does. I would need to take this and an additional 1000mg Vitamin C pill. For elderberry this product is great. This is important to take during COVID. Very well made, easy to take product.

My doctor told me to take Elderberry, Vitamin C and Zinc to improve my Immune System and I have been taking them for over two weeks now and I can say that I feel better, stronger and I feel a little safer!! In my home we are a big fan of Elderberry, and this has zinc in it, and c, but IPersonally do not think enough..We also take 2000 C aday..Zinc is also needed to keep colds, flu at bay..If anyone in my house gets a cold etc we up our Elderberry and it is gone the next day...This is a good combo of Elderberry, and zinc.Take Two aday.I also think with covid at this time this helps us not to get it, although we are very careful.

This pill has 1200 mg of elderberry extract which is a good amount, it also has zinc. It is not hard to swallow and it has no taste to it. It has not upset my stomach or made me sick or anything like that.

I have reviewed a LOT of elderberry supplements and I think this one is definitely one of best so far. I like that only 2 capsules delivers 1000 mg of elderberry powder, plus it contain LIPOSOMAL vitamin C (instead of regular ascorbic) plus zinc citrate. Liposomal vitamin C is fat soluble and therefore stays in your system much longer than the water soluble kind, keeping your immune system strong and healthy. I suggest though, taking extra liposomal C since the amount included in this supplement isn't all that much. I take about 3,000-5,000 mcg daily of liposomal vitamin C. The zinc is in a good bioavailable form and is also a potent anti-viral. I have been trying to accumulate as many elderberry supplements as I can before this winter season starts because it's such a powerful anti-viral. I start taking elderberry in a fairly high dose when I feel the symptoms of a cold or flu coming on and it knocks it out in a few days. Plus, taking a high dose of D3 daily along with the C and zinc will do wonders for your immune system. I think this is a very good elderberry supplement.
