How do I insert the scroll?
This is an inexpensive and beautiful mezuzah, however, I can’t figure out how to insert the scroll. Can someone please contact me?

Perfectly fine though perhaps 10% too large.
The cap should be on the top rather than the bottom as it can fall off if not screwed in. Mind you… screw it in! I just didn’t because you look at the screws which diminishes the look a little.
