If you have chronic neck pain, you will absolutely love this. I have to look down and do a lot pushing and this causes a lot of neck and should pain, lot of the time the pain is unbearable. I tried so many things and nothing completely helps. I found this in my search for something to relieve the pain. This helped after the first use....yes, after the first time! So now soon as I get the slightest sign of pain i use this right away. I pump it as much as I can take, leave it for a minute or two, then pump it even more, another minute and pump more, then I just sit or stand straight for 5 minutes. After I take it off I do some stretches and wow, what a great feeling. Sometimes, after using this it still take about 10 to 15 minutes to feel the true relief. My mom now bought one and a friend of mine is now getting one too. I will continue telling people about this, cause it's working for me.

i was worried when i bought this because several reviews said the pump that inflates the balloons malfunctions or pops undone repeatedly to the point the pillow is useless. thank goodness i have not had this problem. the pump works fine and the premise behind the pillow is simple. it extends your neck and for me that means less pain. especially after taking it off. while on, it is uncomfortable but you know it is working as you occasionally give the pump a few fist bursts and the pillow extends further. you do get a slight sensation of discomfort in your throat. i wouldnt say its a suffocating feeling but it is unpleasant. it is however part of what happens when you get your neck extended. the idea is that extending your neck may make your disc fall back into place. it is a mild therapy and i see no bad side only good. my neck pain has diminished quite a bit after 2 weeks of daily use but i know a chiropractor will eventually have to do the rest. if you are in 80 percent discomfort it will give you 60 percent relief at least for several hours a day. my feeling is it is a good cheap alternative to surgery in the short run! and you will function better for a large part of the day. neck pain sucks!

They stuck a label on the original package and sent it in the mail for all to see. The box arrived opened but luckily everything was accounted for and not damaged. This was a gift so I will now need to place it in another box not only because it was ripped open but also because the shipping label is stuck on there. Other then this set back, I tested it out to make sure it works and everything is so far good and does what it claims to do. Protecting the product during shipment is also important and should not be overlooked.

Been working from home since March due to SIP order and setting up my work station on a dining table which is not the correct height really strained my neck overtime. It actually is thick enough to give enough resistance to stretch out your neck, you really feel the pull from your head and shoulders. Pain relief when I put this on. I was surprised it works well, my chiropractor recommended this instead of getting the one that hangs off the door because that puts a lot of pressure on the jaw.

I could not get this to inflate. I have very little grip and strength so I asked my husband to do it. It will not inflate and thus unable to use it.

Ever since my wife gave birth to our second child she has suffered from horrible neck pain, especially when she is breastfeeding.
