I had rough start with this item. When it arrived at my home the box was damaged and most of the contents were missing! I notified Amazon and they sent a replacement immediately, so it took an extra day or two. The second one came with the box inside a bag, so no chance for items to fall out in shipment. The first day I got my exercise in by using the foot pump to fill the ball and the ring. That was exhausting. Everything seems to be of high quality. I expect to get years of use from this item.

On January 3, 2023, a year and 5 months ago, I purchased the Yoga Ball on Amazon. It inflated quite easily with my compressor and the air nozzle that I used to blow dust and debris in the garage. The ball worked well for many months, but then developed pinhole air leaks in two places where the skin of the ball was imperfect. The air leaks were slow so the ball would inflate but start to deflate and collapse after a few minutes. On June 17, 2024, I went to the Intent Sports website and informed them of the problem and the particulars of my Amazon purchase. How pleasantly surprised I was when the Yoga Ball was replaced by Intent Sports and in my mailbox just two days later on Wednesday June 19, 2024. Excellent service will result in loyal customers. Great exercise ball. Helps with balance as well as strengthening your core. Only real issue with this product is the pump is terrible. It took a considerable amount of effort and time to inflate the ball. Next time I’m going to use my air compressor.

I just started to do include yoga into my daily routine. This is a nice way to help work muscles that really I wasn't working out.

Allows me to do many different exercises. Love the color & quality.Only con is how long it takes to inflate, that is an exercise in itself.

I looked everywhere for a exercise ball similar to this and couldn't find one. This one came with more than I was looking for. Easy to use easy to set up, even for the disabled. The only thing wrong I could add is it's not the pink advertised it's more of a salmon pink not a bright pink. Other then that it's a perfect size and exactly what I wanted.

I bought this yoga ball to use at my desk. I have a herniated disc in my lower back so it would provide relief for my lower back vs sitting on a chair all day. I had cervical spinal surgery right after I bought it so it's been sitting in the box while I recovered from surgery bc I wasn't working. I opened it the other day and it has large slits in the ball where it was folded in the box. The return window has passed and now I'm stuck with a ball that I can't even use.

Soon as it was blown up I tried it the black strap broke and hit me in the head and I had a bump for a few days and it’s very thin plastic
