After my daughter’s concussion from soccer goalie. This has helped get her back sooner. Confidence in knowing she is more protected now. Fits great too

This is a first generation head protector that lacks refinement. It is very uncomfortable to wear, especially in warm weather. It does not ventilate at all. The ability to head the ball is very limited, due to the padding and seams on the forehead that actually hurts the head when the ball is contacted. This needs to be vastly improved to be effective, useful and widely used in sports. It is a good first step, but the vinyl used does not breathe. This also cost nothing to produce, and to sell a little bit of vinyl and padding for $30 is ripping off people that are desperate after they suffer a concussion. This product does not have any properties that can be proven to reduce further head injuries as well. No research has been done to prove that this head gear does anything at all.

I purchased this for my younger daughter to prevent any concussions. First discussed it with her and confirmed she was willing to wear it. She did and it fit perfectly. I can see that she has much more confidence on the ball and is not afraid of the sting from a header. it also protects her from elbows to the head. I would alse recommend a mouth piece as I hear that helps prevent concussions also.

My kids say they're comfortable and will wear them. Although current reports state these will not "protect against a concussion," the reality is they will, at a minimum, reflect some of the blunt force to the head. Worth it to parents if the kids want to play sports.

After a few concusions on our U11 girls soccer team our coach recommended head gear for the girls. My daughter loved the color and had more confidence in doing headers than before. Well worth the money if it can save even one concusion.

This headgear is a must for athletes. I never thought that until my child had a concussion playing soccer. Better to be safe than sorry.

The item arrived quickly. It's perfect for my daughter and I'd recommend it to friends. She's probably the only basketball player to wear one, but that's ok, if it protects her head from another bone bruise.
