Really goodX, arrived perfectly, but didn’t include a manual

It was easy to assemble and is sturdy for my conure. It would not really be suitable for bigger parrots. I really like it and so does my conure. Thanks.

I originally bought this for my budgies and I thought I would be happy with my purchase but quickly realised that most of the screws to assemble it were missing. I contacted the seller just like we are encouraged to do just to be told sorry we only seel them the orders are fulfilled by amazon so i contacted amazon who in turn tell me sorry this is shipped out by a third party company so we are unable to help they then offered a refund so i arranged to return the item but no one came to collect it I then contacted amazon again who incidentally didn't have a clue what I was on about so I had to re arrange the delivery they still didn't pick it up and when I re contacted amazon again they gave me different times and dates for my collection that I had received via email they finally collected the package today and to be honest I am feeling rather jaded with regards to amazon on a hole. On to the product itself in short I can totally see the appeal of this being a gift starting out like myself but now after I have seen and felt the build quality I am glad I sent it back it is rather cheap to the tuch and i very much doubt that it would of lasted long and for the money I certainly expected alot better so top tip for the day buy the stuff yourself and make your own out of some natural pine branches like i should of done in the first place

Senagal parrot was so excited when this arrived and couldn't wait to check it out I added a few of his favourite chew toys to it and some snacks to his bowl

Size was ok and easy to assemble, first one was broken but it was replaced. Birds love it.

No instructions included but very easy and quick to assemble with the right size screwdriver and photo for reference. I removed the bells and added some toys, using the bottom tray for foraging. Very popular with my boys and easy to clean, sturdy, etc. Can't ask for more for so cheap.
