I bought these to use the clear balls on my metal labret. Would be good to have some internally threaded options and the ball diameters could be smaller to be more subtle but they are brilliant, comfortable and the thread fitted my standard bars as I needed.

We found the balls to be a bit too small, a couple of them started to imbed into the skin. They were, however, comfortable and relatively easy to put in considering they were bendy.
