This Derma roller came as described, it comes with 3 roller heads, removable. The needles are gentle enough not to hurt the skins but effective to reduce winkles.the wide head is best for the body, the middle head is for anywhere on the face and the narrow head is best for under eyes area.The only cons on this product is that it is little hard to remove the heads to replace the heads. Otherwise, it’s great.

I’ll be honest at first I was skeptical. I thought these needles would hurt or damage my skin but they did not! My skin feels soft and my skin tone is looking better already. I believe this may be due to the products I use can now penetrate in my skin. The only con I had is that it did make my face very red, so I had to stay in but that’s my fault as I should of used at night, I believe by the morning the redness would be gone. Overall, the product is good.

Works well, easy to clean. Does what is advertised and is 1/10 of the price of "brand names ". It doesn't hurt but it doesn't tickle. Use a light touch DO NOT press down on face. Love that all 3 heads are included and the storage case has an alcohol well to clean the device heads

Very simple to use, I originally purchased out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised to learn a little about the science behind it but even moreso the results. I've bought two since the first purchase, one for myself and one for my husband. He has used it in areas on his scalp where hair is thinning and it's clearly helped regenerate new hair growth.

My skin feels tingly after using and applying skincare products. I also notice my face looking more "flushed" or red after using. However, as far as it helping my skin with anti-aging, I am still not certain how much it is helping. I assume it can't "hurt" so I am continuing to use it. I typically roll my face and neck then apply a collagen face mask for 15-20. I only use it 1-2 times per week. I do not have problematic skin and am 38. I am just hoping using this will help slow down the aging process. I do like the design and various sizes to choose from. I like the little storage kit, even though the lid doesn't fit. Its still a nice way to store needle.

Item is easy to use although the handle is cheaply made. Still a nice item for the price. Can't say it has made a different yet as I have only used it 3 times and have not noticed any yet. Wish the needles were a little longer.

I like this product especially the bigger derma roller needle. I didn’t think I would use it on my face but I use it more than the smaller ones.
