Perfect, beautiful, effective
We love these. Mosquito free party the entire night. Looked beautiful on the tables, nice fragrance that was not overpowering. Will definitely buy again. Burned seven hours and still half full.

Great Scent!
So, first off, I can't tell you for sure about mosquitos. We certainly haven't had any with these burning, but I'm not sure if it's them or we just haven't had any. Anyway, the scent is amazing. I thought it would be that gross, overpowering citronella scent, but it's not. It's kind of a vanilla-bergomot type scent. Also, the tin they're in is very pretty. I'll definitely be buying again.

Keeps the mosquitos away
These citronella candles are great. Not only do they look pretty but they keep the mosquitos away. I love that they each have a cover.

They work within expected parameters. Not all mosquitos will take the hint but most do. It is not designed for other insects

Looks and smells nice, is somewhat effective, but wasteful
The bugs, especially the mosquitoes, have been wicked this year, so I have been trying different brands of citronella candles to clear our covered porch of the critters, especially near the entry door to our house. These candles looked like a good value in an attractive package. They turned out to be a so-so value in an attractive package.While the wicks are lit the candles performed ok, but not as well as a previous product I tried that came in a glass container (beware broken glass at burnout). These candles come in an attractive, re-usable tin, however the wicks burn to nothing leaving a large amount of citronella wax behind. I would estimate that only 66-75% of the wax is consumed. One could re-melt the remaining wax and install new wicks and get another day of use out of each candle. I suggest the manufacturer include extra wicks for that purpose.
