Serta ThermaGel Cooling, Pressure-Relieving Memory Foam Mattress Topper, 3 Inch, Twin Blue

I bought the king size 2 inch memory foam. It came packaged nicely in a zippered Serta bag. As all memory foam products are, it was highly compressed and tightly wrapped in plastic and looked way too small. After unwrapping and gently unfolding as much as possible I laid it on the bed to do its thing. Within 2 hours it had completely expanded and come to its full king size. Contrary to what some other reviewers have said I noted absolutely no odor. In fact, I immediately made up the bed and have been sleeping in it ever since. I can’t comment on the cooling effect because I bought it to put inside my older sleep number mattress to bulk it up. It has good firmness with the typical qualities of a memory foam. I’m very happy with it. I feel it’s going to extend the life of my sleep number even further as I’d already replaced the inner foam mattress pad on that. I have back issues and it has improved my sleep quality. It was a very good value for the price and I’m glad I got it. I would purchase it again and highly recommend. I may get one for my guest bed regular mattress.

Needed a mattress cushion as my husband lost so much weight from cancer. I have damaged shoulders from wear and tear. Been sleeping on it for almost a week and it is great. One previous reviewer said it was like getting out of quicksand in the morning. Not a bad description but it cuddles your body in a cocoon and has been a great comfort for joint and body pain. I will add it take’s getting used to when you want to roll and turn position as the cocoon effect holds you in the foam. Sleep hasn’t been too hot or cold as of yet. Happy with the purchase and reasonable price.

We bought a new highpoint sealy posterpedic mattress and a new foundation. I was miserable. I never hurt so much by just sleeping in all my life! I could barely get out of bed. I would have to do a roll over and push myself up. We bought the mattress from raymour so we had 90 days to exchange. I was really worried about doing that. I didn't know how many tines I could do it and I honestly didn't wany to go through the hassle. We decided to try this certain mattress topper. It is wonderful! I am not hurting anymore. It is comfortable and I look forward to going to sleep! You have to unroll and wait 48 hours to use so be sure you have somewhere other then your bed to pass those 48 hours. Slight odor but not noticeable once you have the protector and the sheets on. I love this product! I don't think it is cooling even though it says cooling. I am glad about that though. I also don't think it is hot. I do t think it retains my body heat or anything.

It's cool initially when laying on it, but I can tell that it does help a little to wick away my bodies heat because it's not as hot as my original mattress without this product. It's sort of supportive of my weight, but not as firm as I would like it to be. There is no smell. Value is good and it fits well and does not slip off like a different pad I purchased. I would buy this again, especially if I find a firmer one.

I got this in the hopes of sleeping better and waking up in less pain and MAN am I pleased. The other reviews weren't lying - this mattress topper is made of magic. It's comfortable, it doesn't make me any hotter at night than I usually get, and I wake up actually feeling like I can roll out of bed without having to do stretches or mentally prepare myself. My back pain is chronic so it's not like I'm magically cured, but this topper absolutely helps. HIGHLY recommend!

This topper is firm and very comfortable for my back. Its firm at first but is soft once layed on. I have a queen and for the price this is a really well made topper. Stayes in place with ease. I am writing this after just one very well rested night

Good quality product but extremely firm for a foam topper, would be excellent if you prefer that type of sleeping surface but definitely not for me. Made me lose feeling in my extremities woke up feeling like I’d been in a car wreck. So if you want a very firm mattress pad this would be excellent for you but if you want a softer option I’d choose something else

The topper is very comfortable, but we haven't found that it has the cooling effect as advertised. It's lightweight but is pretty firm and you don't feel your partner move.

Ordered a mattress in a box and found it had good support, but FAR too firm so we ordered this topper. In so glad we did! It's like sleeping on a cloud! The best sleep I've had in a close to a decade!

I really like this topper. I tend to sleep like a fired brick and this topper has actually distributed my heat well and kept me cool and comfortable through the night. 10/10 recommend.

I bought it a month ago and after making an extended research on all of the mattresses that Amazon sell in the budget side, I found this one really comfortable for me, It’s really soft and it feels like a cloud so if you don’t like to sleep on soft mattress this is not meant for you. I don’t really care if it’s cold or hot because I love in a cold place so it’s perfect for me.

Got this topper to soften my disappointing Emma mattress, after I tried a cheaper pillow top option. Went back to the old reliable Serta that I knew would work, and it did the trick. So much more comfortable now. It’s a little more expensive but you get what you pay for. I got the 2” and it made a huge difference.
