I like that it has a face and pins stick well. I bought this for a first-ever wig I purchased and later purchased a cheap styrofoam head and a 'canvas' head, which was a styrofoam head covered by material for $8 for some cosplay wigs.The Manikin is WELL worth the money if you're into wigs, will last a long time and is super for styling. It came quickly in the mail whereas the others took weeks to arrive. I ordered a screw on stand and can put the unit on a desk pull-out to watch wig styling and cutting videos.Love it!

Everything is very nice about this head and clamp. Like one of the other purchasers I thought I was missing parts. The photos keep showing the T pins. If you read carefully it does not mention that the T pins are included only that they can easily be inserted into the head. I think they should remove the photo of the T pins as it tends to make you think that you will get the pins in the kit. Now I have to quickly run out to the beauty supply house before they close just to pick up pins.

Loooooove these mannequin head units over all others! The prices ($18-20) per head. Totally worth it. They make great practice units. I use 1 inch t-pins for wigs, and 2 inch t-pins for creating crowns and other head pieces/jewelry... I also use them to display my art (head pieces). They are great. (wig not included! Lol) Buy and enjoy! Highly recommend these - the makeup painted on them is also the biggest I've seen...

The table mount function left a little a disappointment in terms of positioning the head without the vise loosening from the table. It was not such an adversity to retract from the main features of this product.I work on experimental fabrications in my bedroom workshop. This piece was a nice aesthetically fitting piece to my setup. It’s an added bonus to have some resemblance of relatable skin color.My test head also allows me great views and angles for draping material, adding props and makeup for the imaginative visions I wish to create.Great job on this product. Please look into a better vise for the table mount and your sales will increase for this item.

During quarantine I decided to cultivate a hobby I've been wanting to get more serious about: Styling Wigs. I took the plunge on this mannequin head and I'm so glad I did, I've already styled several wigs using this head, the clamp it comes with is sturdy so I can tease these wigs to heaven! I love that I am able to pin directly to the head. 10/10 would buy again.

Nice and sturdy but head is not as big as you may think, slimmer than I thought .. smaller than plain tan canvas head I already have

Great swivel base. Easy to attach and manipulate while styling. Very happy -- came fairly quickly. Good quality.
