Taste okay. Takes me 45 minutes to absorb. My performance has improved but would need detailed scientific analysis to say if it is training or this product that has made a difference.

Two of the five packs I was given only had 4 when they should have been 5. A simple but annoying error for the paying customer.

Sadly I am not keen on these at all. The taste is awful and very bitter, they don’t dissolve properly on my tongue either, and I’ve had to chew them just to get them to dissolve a number of times, leaves a really coppery and sharp taste in my mouth after. I’ve wasted £20 on these. Wont be buying again. Not happy.

I liked this flavour; I've also tried the mint/menthol and liked that too but don't like the passion fruit so much. There's a big kick of caffeine in the cola Revvies. These high-strength strips take longer to dissolve and often stick to the roof of your moth but that's OK.Only downside is the foil/plastic wrapping which is not at all eco-friendly. I'm sure they could do better and find something biodegradable

I’ve used these before, and were brilliant. These must be seconds, none have dissolved in the mouth, as before. I had pick them off the roof of mouth. This seller must’ve be selling seconds

These are great towards the end of a long run if you feel tired and need a bit of a boost. Easy to carry in your pack. Recommended.

Really good for long runa

I used to use energy gels in the past when cycling. They were really good and would give me the boost of energy I often needed on long bike rides. I was very curious how these Revvies strips would do - they're much smaller. I have to say I'm impressed.It's just a small, thin stripe that you place on the tongue (I wish I read that first) and let it dissolve. It takes a few minutes and then another few for things to kick in. And then - you just wake up. Way better than Pepsi or coffee, better than energy gels in terms of the size. Recommended dose is 2 strips per day max so it's ok. But there is one problem.The taste. As mentioned I didn't read the instructions properly and it got stuck to my palate...It feels like you have something spoiled in your mouth. I checked the Use by date immediately - all good, still valid for a whole year. It's really bitter to a point where I couldn't feel lemon or cola taste at all - just bitterness. It does leave an aftertaste too. They say you don't need water for this strip - you do. To get rid of the faul taste.I wish something could be done about the taste as the energy boost is very good. It's quicker than the gel and lasts a bit longer. They're much more portable due to how small and thin they are. Also simple to use - just stick to your tongue and you can go back to your day. Price wise less than £1 per strip is ok considering the effect. It didn't make me feel dizzy or anything after it wore off. Just sort out the taste please!!!Thank you for reading my review.
